I ordered an impossible burger with no Mayo. They added Mayo then scraped it off (half way) and sent me on my way. They are lucky I checked before eating and that it’s not an anaphylactic reaction that I could have had. And no unsweetened tea. I don’t eat fast food too often but definitely will not chose this BK ever again.

I did an online order through the app from home. Got there and still had to wait 15 minutes for my order. They handed me the bag which was missing part of my order. Got home and all 3 burgers were wrong!!! Drove back and they just took one of the burgers added sauce and gave it back. They were out of sourdough bread so it would have to be on a bun. Paid good money for my fries to now be at home cold. Should have just asked for my money back! I will not be going back!!

Went thru the drive thru fries were cold and gross, my sandwich was great and the service was good but fries sucked and they gave me a small drink which it should have been a medium

Employees couldn’t count how many slices of cheese go on a double and charged me for marinara before I got to the window took my card and said where our this is why I don’t do fast food perfect training for a simple job

They messed up my order, my dad ordered a burger with no lettuce, he ordered me 8 piece mozzarella fries, and my eldest a whopper, and they gave him a burger WITH lettuce, they didn’t give me my 8 piece mozzarella fries (But they gave me the marinara sauce for some odd reason), and they gave my eldest a DOUBLE WHOPPER INSTEAD OF A REGULAR, but when I learned it was just a mistake this place is not that bad.
