Honestly been coming here for a while and this time never have I ever waited 10minutes in the drive-thru window. They weren’t that busy pretty typical traffic. Can only assume there is few workers reason it being a hit of a wait. Otherwise food was hot & fresh, otherwise employees are very kind.

Inconsistent food, they don’t answer the phone. If you use the app and they mess up your out of luck no refund no replacement nothing. It’s not worth it. Save your money. I got the chicken royal and they refried and old chicken.

The whopper was ok I guess but the Mexican lady w/the heavy accent was so rude, she got mad bc I wanted to use an offer & upon giving her the code she starts huffing & puffing, then with a nasty attitude saying oh my GOD, the chunky dude w/blue hair at the window is just seeking payment no smile no nothing & doesn’t even provide a receipt, no line behind me just one car ahead of me & these ppl act like they’re all stressed out w/2 customers get it together please!! I want my $$ back & that lady can give that stinky attitude to whomever else but I’m definitely not the one!

Jacob the “manager”, the most rudest and unprofessional manager ever!
At the drive through he answers with AHA and YEAH, instead of – Hello or Good morning! At the end when you respond with the same attitude to let him know how it feels, he decides not to serve you and threatens you!!
This BK should think to make changes at this location and please the customers! There most reviews are complains! If the manager Jacob treats customers like me he should never work at BK and never be a manager! He probably never worked in a hospitality industry and doesn’t understand what the customer service is!
Never going back and will tell everyone about him as long as he is there!

This photo is of one of the employees making a burger on Sunday November 12th 2023 at about 10:30 P.M, and look at her hands, NO GLOVES are being worn and she probably didn’t even wash her hands, so be warned, they don’t wear gloves when handling food, and because of this I’m never eating from here ever again, Super gross and very unsanitary

The service here sucks. I ordered 2 impossible sandwich meals and the guy acted like he did not understand what i was saying. He only gave me 2 sandwiches and a fries and a drink. Upon mentioning the same he said he only charged me for the above and if I needed a another fries and drink it will be charged separately. Trying to rip off customers. Please avoid going to this location. Bad customer service.

Come here all the time I work ext to it l and now they refuse to give you mustard even as a side when the lady is there. Not sure why its an issue now. Won’t be coming here anymore
