Placed a “pick up” order in the app, when arrived, front doors were locked at 7:18 P.M. when it’s supposed to be open until 9:00 P.M. We had to go through the drive thru. The man at the drive thru window was not nice, he did not close my drink lid completely, and also on the first drive thru window, it says “the other window”, which that is vague IMO. It should say, “next window please”. Food was correct though, but the service, not so much.

3/21/23 around 1:30 pm. I feel like these people did something to my food. I’ll never come here again.. I couldn’t eat any of my food. Strange interaction from the ordering window to the cashier. Something told me to pull off but I was too hungry to go anywhere else. I usually order my burgers fresh off the broiler and the lady taking my order didn’t seem too happy to do it. The weird Mexican young dude at the cashier. Man, the way he was acting was very strange. The way he said “enjoy” after handing me my food was very off. Like he knew something…..I’m very intuitive and when something is off to me, I’m usually right. Took one bite of my burger and instantly felt sick! Spat it out and threw $14 buck in the trash. Never again!!! If in case they did do something to my food, karma will meet all of you, because all I did was ask for my burgers fresh off the boiler. I wasn’t rude at all.

Although inside is beautiful, clean, updated and the gentleman that helped us was very nice…The food was meh! I tried their carmel frappe I have been seeing on commercials and was extremely disappointed. I didn’t even finish half of it because the taste was not pleasant.

Burger King is still very affordable in today’s time and the app has many different deals. When I ordered from this location the staff was kind and courteous. Staff can either make or break a place honestly. At least at the ones I ordered from were pretty decent. It’s not perfect and experiences can really differ depending on the location. Find a location that is a good one if it isn’t up to your liking. You will know the difference for sure. I’ve been to some really terrible ones but also ones that are really nice. If you’re looking for an affordable meal then Burger King will always be a go to place for sure.

Ordered a Whopper meal with fries and a drink.. Found 4 dead ants/bugs inside my drink and the whopper was literally doused in sauce (inside). Though the fries are very fresh and cut equally. Will come back ONLY for their french fries, even if there is bugs in my fries.
