The Wilmington Burger King is fast and easy. The food is always made great and the staff is great and helpful! We frequent this Burger King. Never had an issue. Would recommend.

This place only gets your order right if you don’t customize your food. If you’re into way too much ketchup on a burger and you’re not a fan of adding any ingredients to something, feel free to come by and enjoy. Otherwise, you might as well just go home and do it yourself.

Has to be the worst burger king in a 100 mile radius.
The nighttime manager with long hair kid doesn’t know how to run his shift.
They push every car towards the end of the parking lot to cheat the drive thru timer. Burger King has a timer that they keep track of the districts performance.
They then wait until 3 cars orders are ready to bring out the food all at once forcing everyone to wait.
If you go inside you realize what the problem is. The long haired manager is moping around and barely even working. Sad burger king you can do better
Edit 11 14 25 there also still manipulating the drive through timer by making us all pull ahead and wait so they can hide that they take 20 minutes to make 1 whopper. Im going to report this to corporate. The gm and managers need to be replaced. Ruining burger kings experience for Wilmington and surrounding towns

This is my favorite Burger King location I frequent it often. I always request my burgers hot off the broiler you pull up wait a couple minutes they bring it out to you hot and fresh. I order has always been correct they’ve never screwed it up so far. Keep up the great work Burger King Wilmington you guys rock.

The food is alright, the staff is polite depending on who is working, and personally I don’t think I will buy food there again, while I was in the drive through it ordered my food and drove up to pay it, I gave them my card and they put it into the card reader, they went to give it back to me and then quickly took it back claiming the machine didn’t process it through, I immediately looked at my account to see if the payment processed which it did and I told the staff, they refused to hear my claim and put my card back in which ended up double charging me for one order, I can’t believe an establishment has that lack of care and professionalism in that location, absolutely ridiculous, I suggest that anyone and everyone who goes there to eat to double check their bill and account to make sure the same doesn’t happen to them and make their voice heard about it, its practically theft with that lack of care.

i came here and let me tell ya, my food was hot i watched them make most my order off the fryers, i want to say, the original chicken has got to be one of my favorite sandwiches because even when it’s not made fresh it’s still hot all the time. i can drive to my house 23 minutes away and it will still be warm when i get there despite the rest needing to be microwaved. not to mention some of the workers are like angels placed there to keep it relevant. there are only 2 times i come and that’s Mondays and sundays because i think the workers are fantastic and know they won’t mess up.

VERY RUDE & TOLD MY DASHER THEY ARE OUT OF CHICKEN FRIES SO I ASKED THEM IF I COULD GET A CHICKEN SANDWICH IN REPLACEMENT. THEY TOLD MY DASHER NO ONLY FRIES OR MOZZARELLA FRIES. I ASKED IF I COULD ADD ON A CHICKEN SANDWICH & I WILL PAY FOR IT BUT I NEEDED A MEAT FOR MY SUPPER NOT JUST DOUBLE FRIES.
