Can anyone at this Burger King location explain to me why this lady was taking a picture of my boyfriend and I/our family?? She even held her phone close to her face. We just came to enjoy some good food instead, we get our pictures taken.

Worst customer service and drive through wait time. There was only 2 cars in front of me, and it took almost 15min too get up to place my order. Then I pulled up, and nobody said anything. I finally said hello, the man said just a second. I waited over 5mins for him to take my order. I asked for ranch with my order and he charged me, I asked for two cups with just ice in them and he charged me for that. He was extremely rude, I pulled away. Will never be going back there. Not sure who the guy was working there, but something needs to be done.

Even though Burger King was packed and seemed understaffed, the staff handled it with such great attitudes. The person at the drive thru window was very nice and apologetic for a wait that honestly wasn’t long at all. You could tell they were doing their best and it showed!

I’m a person that rarely gets fast food so you might not want to listen to me lol. But I got the chicken nuggets with a fry because I had a 4 dollar coupon for it and decided why not. Nuggets came in a Halloween box which was cool. Service was good, and the fries were very good. I’ve always loved their fries lol. But the nuggets were not that good. Decent enough to eat, but not too good. For the price, not too bad.

I asked for Whopper Jr. So I brought it and took it with me. I was already on the road and driving so far. I was excited to eat but learned that it is an impossible burger. I was puzzled. It was to late to go back because I am already on the road. I had no choice but had a bite of it. It tasted funny. I wondered why so i looked up Google and discovered it is a plant burger! No wonder it taste funny. I am not vegetarian. Oh, I’d like to have refund back but how?

Absolutely do not go here. I ordered a whopper with only mayo and extra lettuce, a double cheese burger with only cheese, onion rings, and fries. Every item was ice cold. The whopper had everything you could imagine on it. And the best part, which I have never experienced in all my years. The double cheeseburger had no bun. Like, are you serious ? This is honestly one of the most incompetent things I have seen in a great while. I don’t wish anyone lose their job, or struggle. However, I honestly believe this to he a fireable offense. It’s a burger. How do you not put a bun on it? There’s pictures of them everywhere. This was genuinely the most incompetent, awful fast food experience I have ever had.

READ REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE!! Absolutely disgusting MANAGER. Showed up no one was at the register to take me and my family’s order.. all the employees were in the back chit chatting and laughing.. we tried getting their attention for 20 minutes until we had to make a loud enough noise to be helped. Manager comes out of the back like a fury ready to attack us like we were the problem. She cursed at us and kicked us out because they WEREN’T DOING THEIR JOB. How can you leave the front unattended for a long period of time when you have customers waiting.. How any of them work their is beyond me. Especially that “manager”. Thank God we were only visiting Morris.

1/10/24 FIRST INCIDENT: The hamburger had a hair in it. It was so gross . My husband ordered a the Texas Whopper and it was so sloppy, cold, bread was moist, NO BACON, and gross.
4/23/24 SECOND INCIDENT: We placed an order for the Texas Double Whopper and we got a GROSS UNDERCOOKED WHOPPER!!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION THE FIY IN THE DRIVE THRU US SO RUDE AND THE FOOD IS SP GROSS!
I tried to get a refund and costumer service said that they would give me a $10 coupon for a future order that because the Texas Double Whopper was only $4.20. YEAH RIGHT it’s $7.89. How stupid they don’t even know their own prices.
No wonder many Burger King’s are closing I would advise going to McDonalds.
