I just had the worst Whopper of my life from Burger King in Monee. Cold, old, and somehow flavorless—which is impressive considering it’s supposed to be the Whopper. It tasted like it was assembled during a shift change yesterday and left to think about its choices.
The best part? I called ahead to see if they were open and they answered right away. After I got home with my sad, stale burger, suddenly they developed a deep spiritual commitment to not answering the phone. Multiple calls. Nothing.
The young lady tried to charge me extra and I had to explain the policy before she figured it out. It felt dishonest.
So yeah—if you’re craving disappointment, this place is absolutely prepared to serve it… and then ghost you afterward.

There is definitely laxatives in their burgers at this location first time, I’d waited 15min for a burger and fries and ended getting the runs while at work and haven’t been back for over a month til today andl the same thing happened again. Food was great and tried many burger king locations but this one here I wouldn’t recommend it and it is my last going there.

I was pleased with the service tonight. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I could really tell that the young server enjoyed his job and took pride in his work. My only regret was not getting his name. The food was also delicious. I visited the restaurant around 6:30 PM on a Tuesday night. Kudos to the staff on a job well done!

Totally disgusted!!!! I asked for 1 extra pickle on my sandwich and I don’t know if they were trying to be funny but I counted 17 pickles! My bun was saturated in pickle juice the patty was ice cold! I asked for my money back and the white boy the one who made my sandwich says we can just make it over um absolutely not!!!! Give me my money back! I received no apology from the “manager” I’ve given them one too many chances the owners can’t give a damn about this place the workers do not give a care!

First time here and it took little more time to get our meal. The whopper is my favorite sandwich and it did not have that grill taste that I was looking for. IT seems that it feels that they were short on staff. The cashier was nice and I noticed that their were coupons on by the register and she never offered any to customers. They were out of Fuze raspberry and I noticed them that and they come back minutes later they were out.

Had a rough start.. went though the drive thru order my food the 2 whooper Jr extra pickle got to where I was going only one sandwich and it was cold.. went back to get it corrected and they made me happy this time added cheese and bacon tasted amazing probably will order with cheese and bacon ill gladly pay extra

Can’t speak for others but I had a 5 star experience. Food was as ordered, guy at the window was cool in talking with and extra helpful. Just remember it’s Burger King, I’m rating it in that context.

This is the first time that my order was delayed and wrong. The Whooper Jr with cheese was cold and the chicken sandwich was the same but the only thing that was hot were the fries. I was missing a strawberry lemonade and a sundae and instead of giving me the sundae, they gave me a Hershey pie instead of refunding me for the missing items. I discovered this while checking my bag in their parking lot. One of the drive thru workers had said something smart directly to me and had a smirk on his face as I was picking up the order which I ignored cause I had just got off work from working an extra shift. I didn’t even bother to go inside as him and another one of his friends rushed to the front door to see if I was going to go inside. I don’t know how this place is still open and come to think of it, I believe they gave my missing items to the car in front of me. Management needs to either step up and train the employees to be more customer oriented and focused, have them go through a mandatory training on customer service or just close up the place altogether cause I’ve dealt with customers for over 20 years and I’ve never treated or talked to them disrespectfully like they did with me tonight. I have to stop going to Burger King altogether after this experience

Merry Christmas, Got here before they closed and I wished I hadn’t made it in time. This Whopper was so cold and lifeless I considered giving it a proper funeral. I don’t know how a burger can be old, cold, and flavorless at the same time, but Burger King in Monee found a way.

We stopped for lunch here and to stretch our legs from freeway driving. The person at the counter was delightful and made us feel welcome. We had a coupon for 2 Jr. Whoppers and 2 fries for $6, so we had lunch for $3 each. That’s a good deal even before restaurant prices went crazy after covid.
The dining area was very clean. The music was far too loud for talking, but it was all 80s music which brought us back to the last time we were probably at a Burger King.
