The staff here are super rude and ignorant. Every time I come here to pick up an order they take forever just to take your order in the drive-through. They ignore you when you come inside. There’s barely any staff. The management of this store needs a better update.

Bacon King sandwich supposedly comes with 6 strips of bacon. My sandwich had O N E piece of bacon. Nobody answers the phone at this location so dont bother calling. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS

On 7/14/2023, around 10:20 PM, I, decided to pass up burger king on 183rd St Tinley Park Il. I, then decided to go to burger king on 191st Mokena Il, around 10:30 PM. Before I was going to go to burger king I, checked what time they close on Google. I said indoors close at 11:00 PM, and drive thru at 12:00 AM. When I got in line in drive thru a voice came out of speaker yelling at me telling me kitchen in close and that Google got it wrong. I, then decided to give you guts another chance on 7/20/2023, and this time I, was told that they can only take cash due to credit card/debit card machine is down. This was the last draw for this location and will not be returning. I decided to go to the burger king in New Lenox and these workers were so awesome.

We were the only customers and the burgers were well past they’re hold times. The meat was try. I worked for BK in 1973 on 87th and Anthony in Chicago. We never served such dry flame broiled burgers. By the way the manager on duty spent 100% of our time there on his cell texting.

This is the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to. I was on a lunch break and had limited time, othewise I would have gone somewhere else. Food was cold and tasted terrible and there were only 2 other customers in the store. Also looks like the company has changed the quality of the food and the ingredients. Wrote to corporate and was told I couldn’t be given a refund by them and that they would contact the franchisee to address my issue. Big surprise, no one ever reached out to me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Would give zero stars if I could.
