I had a very disappointing experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The staff seemed irritated to be there and spoke to customers in a rude, dismissive tone.
My order took an unusually long time, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. When I finally received my food, it was incorrect and poorly prepared. The fries were cold, the burger was sloppily assembled, and it looked like no care was taken in making it. When I politely asked about the mistake, the employee responded with attitude instead of trying to fix the issue properly.
The dining area was also not clean. Tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the overall environment felt neglected. A fast-food restaurant should at least meet basic standards of cleanliness and customer service, and this location failed on both.
I understand that everyone has off days, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still be expected. I won’t be returning to this location unless significant improvements are made

This Burger King by my house never misses. Every time I come here the food is fresh, and I always ask for my burger fresh off the broiler. They do it right every single time without any issues. The burgers are hot, made right, and taste how they should. Consistency matters, and this location delivers every visit. Easily a five-star spot. Keep up the great work and thank you.

Sometimes the drive-thru WORKS; sometimes not. Good luck getting someone who clearly speaks English so you can ask a question. Food is average & over-priced. Mindy’s across the street is better burger & they do not skim your debit/credit card.

I haven’t been to BK in years. But someone told me to try the crispy taco…it was beyond saturated in oil, soggy and not edible. I also ordered a $5 meal where everything was cold. Not sure how everything was so cold when I placed a mobile order and still had to wait for my food to be made. Definitely will not be coming back.

We have given these guys so many chances. However, every time we go there something is always wrong or messed up. Less than half of the employees can speak english. Long wait time, despite nobody in the drive thru. I recommend the location in New Lenox or Tinley Park over this one (it will be worth the drive). Only plus are the lower prices than other competitors.

No matter what time of day, they always ask me if I want to buy 2 cookies. It’ll be 7am and ill order breakfast and they’ll ask. Like bro, seriously?!
Also, the Bacon King thats $9+ is supposed to come with 2 slices of cheese, yet they always cheat me with one. I even confirmed via drive thru today and when I got it back and realized I was cheated 1 slice of cheese I simply asked for a slice. The lady wanted to take it back (probably to take it back and spit in it). It isnt necessary to take back, just get me a slice of cheese. It must’ve been such an incomprehensible task, because the manager ended up having to do it.

The slowest fast food every time I stop here. The food is messed up constantly. The staff is always different people, but they somehow manage to hire the laziest, rudest people on earth. Why do I bother stopping here, because I’m an idiot thinking maybe they’ll get it together and it’s the only f.f. on the way home. They haven’t. In a word PATHETIC. Go anywhere else. Anywhere. Total time in drive thru 22mins. No cars in line. Just me. Keep driving by.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I have given them SO many chances being that they’re close by and usually a pretty clean location. That’s where the good stops. Your food will ALWAYS be wrong, over cooked or under cooked, items missing, ice cold, stale.. I can go on. I typically only leave reviews if I’m unable to eat my food….. & tonight.. I wouldn’t let a raccoon dig this from the garbage to eat. DO BETTER BURGER KING. THE FACT YOU CHARGE YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR THIS.. UNREAL.
