Do not go here It’s by far the worst Burger King. I’ve ever eaten at and it’s gotten worse over the years. And I think today finally takes the cake when I ordered a royal chicken wrap which was a chicken Patty cut in half and a bacon king and it’s supposed to have strips of bacon, not bacon bits. You pay $12 for the sandwich.

Worst Burger King I have ever been to, and I’ve been to quite a few that haven’t been up to par. At the end of the day, if you pull up to the drive-thru with a coupon from the Burger King app, they should honor it. However, this restaurant and the “manager”are not providing the level of service that they should be providing. If they were doing their jobs right, they would promo the item that the coupon is supposed to give for free if the coupons not working in their system. They should honor the coupon in the app that belongs to their company. However, they chose not to and I chose to take my business somewhere else.

This place just needs to close or get rid of the current workers and rehire. We gave this place multiple chances over the past year to which today was the final straw. They don’t have comprehension skills. The food is either the wrong food, missing food, and today where there is hair in the food. There is never anyone there for breakfast in the morning so they have plenty of time to get things actually correct. Its like talking to a wall. If you have to drive back for your food , they dont care, they wont remake your food.

The updated Burger King Lockport has needed for so long is finally here! Having been to this burger king many times before when it was in its decrepit state, I can say with confidence that this new design is much cleaner and nicer; not to mention the new management is finally up to par and the food is hot and fresh! I’m almost positive it’s the general manager I keep having encounters with. She is very rude , I give chance after chance because this is my local Burger King. I’ve been living in the area for about 18 years now. She has the worst customer service. She is not polite. The food lately has been so off. I asked to have a whopper remade because it had an excessive amount of salt and pepper on the patty & again I’m met with attitude. If you hate your job lady just say that. I’m not super picky but it was literally not edible. Also I have social anxiety I always go thru drive thru never inside. Today I had to use the restroom so I went in, and as I’m walking out I hear “ restrooms are for customers only “ I said I’m sorry I don’t order inside I use the drive thru. She repeated again bathrooms are for customers only. It’s sad because she is literally the one I see everytime. She’s the face of the store and that’s horrible.

The worst burger king in the area. They mess up my order every single time. I ordered a new chicken parmesan sandwich that looks good. And I got a plain chicken sandwich. The receipt shows the parmesan. Take some pride in your job and do it right. Its not that hard!
Update stopped to get the Italian chicken sandwich that was advertised on their sign outside and was told they don’t have that sandwich. This location is a embarrassment to our community. They fail at every turn. That is when they are open since it’s a crapshoot if they are open or not. Will never go again.
