I ordered a Whopper heavy mayo and heavy onion, and a 4 piece chicken finger. I paid $12.40. I asked why the bill was so high and I was informed that I had to pay for extra mayo and onions. Okay no problem. When I got home, I had a whopper with cheese and no onions! I had no way of contacting the restaurant because the phone number doesn’t work. I paid for the wrong order. I don’t live close to Burger King, I pass it on the way home.

For one, it’s near impossible to get an email for BK to submit a complaint, so i guess they would rather have a 1 star review with cmplaints posted to the public. Why is this particular location ALWAYS slow? It was like this before they shut it down and opened back up and it’s still like this. The guys working there are always nice and friendly and they always get the order right, but every single time im here it’s 5-10 minutes per car in the drive thru. It’s impossible to go here for a 30 minute lunch bc you wait about 20-25 minutes every single time you go here. If you can’t hire adequate help, close your “fast” food chain and move. This can’t wait for this location to shut down so we can get some real fast food in there. EVERY single fast food restaurant in the area is faster, Popeye, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, every single one.

I went there today 9/7/25 at 3:30pm to order 1 burger. The drive thru cashier kept asking me what I was saying so I came inside. The short manager with the dreds came to the counter. I slowly said ” One rodeo burger” and waited for him to enter the order. He immediately frowned at me. As he rang up my order he said “You don’t even have to do all that talking to ppl crazy”. He threw his hand up then fussing to the other employees about me trying to order my food in drive thru then come in. I have a speech impediment and I went 2 the dentist so I speak slowly. I told him his reaction to me ordering 1 burger was unprofessional. As I was leaving he started screaming at me in front of other customers as if he was at home. I don’t know who the owner is yet that hired this person but that is not a job for him. I’m came from out of town that is my 1st and last time going there but I will never forget the unwelcoming, aggressive argumentative,fiesty demeanor. He doesn’t the have customer service skills or attitude control for that position.

I’m never eating here again. I love Burger King but I can sense a struggling restaurant given how many chances I’ve given this one. The food is good but not worth the long wait. One time I waited so long I just walked across the street to McDonald’s, I shouldn’t have to but that’s why we have options.
