Lina is the best! She handles everything—taking orders, accepting payments, bagging food, and serving it all by herself, and still manages to keep a smile on her face. Her efficiency and positive attitude really stood out. It’s not easy to juggle so many tasks at once, but she made it look effortless. Super impressive and always friendly. I just bought food there, and in the bread of original chicken sandwich was maggot eggs, and I tried calling twice first time they picked up the phone and then hung up right away, and then second time was immediately hung up on. Do Not! recommend going to this location, and definitely there should be an inspection if they’re service infested food to customers.

Unfortunately I have to post this, I was very disappointed when I received my food from the drive through, no tomato, no lettuce, no cheese on my double whopper. I tried to call the store on their local number, no answer, I was going to politely say what I’m saying now, food was disappointing, it’s not what I ordered and there was no one in line at the drive through, the place was a ghost town! 9/21/25 4 PM. – not good.

Disgusting. The chicken sandwiches with American cheese we’re supposed to be Italian chicken sandwiches the Whopper was only supposed to be only ketchup and mustard. I went back they told me to go back in the morning to get a refund. I normally don’t do stuff like this but it was $37 and none of it was edible

The hours say they close the dining room at 10pm and the restaurant closes at 12am, but I just walked up at 9:35pm and it’s all locked up, the girl is mopping and she totally ignored me. I tried calling 3 times and no answer. The drive thru is also closed. Either update the hours or talk to your staff.

this place has been fine with me, the food is cheap and available all the time, decent quality, the other reviews clearly are targeting this establishment when they don’t have any real idea how this place runs, i eat there multiple times a month and never had bad experiences there!

Tuesday, 7/22/25, 2:15 pm. I just spoke with a woman who seemed to be in charge. I asked for a number to the District Mgr named Silvario. She didn’t have it, but said I could speak to the General Mgr, named Renee, who will be in on Friday. Ok great. I asked what her hours were & was told she comes in at 6 am. I was then asked what my call was about. I didn’t want to
tell her so she said, “Well she’ll be in Friday so you can call her at 6 am. Have a great day” – and she immediately HUNG UP ON ME!! Unbelievably rude way to speak to a customer who already has a problem with your store to the point that they want to speak with the District Mgr! No wonder this location has SO MANY bad reviews. I wouldn’t recommend anyone give this location (10257 S Harlem in Chgo Ridge) their business! Obviously the person who seems to be in charge doesn’t realize (or care) that without customers, she has no business & subsequently no job! I will be filing an official complaint against her with BK Corporate.
