The practice for Uber is not to use this facility in the evening time after hours they lock the front door they make you go through the drive-through, then back out of the drive-through then you’re waiting for them to bring the food to you. I even tried to call it’s been five minutes and I’m still sitting here waiting on my customers food.

Drive thru is always backed up. Lobby doors are constantly locked and you cannot go inside. They always tell me there’s something wrong with the slushee machine but if you can go inside it’s clearly working. Plus, they have signs posted all over to order slushes. Asked for a PLAIN cheeseburger and they still managed to mess it up… The one girl who works in the drive thru is amazing but they need to get the business under control. Management needs to step in.

Why isn’t Zero stars an option? … Worst run restaurant ever … Waited 30 minutes to get to the window (cars were lined on the side, so I was trapped) … Employees were fighting amongst themselves, double charged me and they had no idea how to refund me … Finally got the burgers and they were cold as ice (how?) and all missing the cheese and pickles … Will never return, ever

If you only have a half hour lunch, or are in a hurry DO NOT VISIT. This place is alway slower than a turtle. The food order board for drive through and lobby are ALWAYS in the red, When you get your food please check before you leave. Today I had to go in twice because no body could get the order right. I ordered 2 hot ham and cheese croissants no egg and an enormous burrito. Went back in told the girl that is new and the manager who never has a good attitude said change it. Now they didn’t take the old order waited 20 minutes along with all the people in front of us and i’ll be damned the order was wrong again. This was between 8-9:30 AM Oh and by the way the burrito meat was wrong all the burritos.
