I ordered food from here this morning the French toast sticks are good fresh, the hash browns are fresh and tasty. The croissant sausage and egg with cheese tasted horrible the biscuit is old and stale and hard it tastes like biting into yuck.

I order food yesterday and the food was salty and I as for No salt the Original Chicken patties was like rubber and cold. I order have -Sies and the cook took salty fries & put them in the fryer and took it back out instead of getting me some fresh fries.

I went inside the lobby to order some food it was on Saturday only a young lady working the front and the drive thru handing orders in and out and I saw 3 people in the kitchen how it’s this possible and she was still walking the orders outside I saw this because I was in the lobby waiting for my food and seen how they were overworking this lady it was unfair I hope someone would look into this matter when she took my order she was really friendly and polite and i constantly come to this location now I see why there’s new employees every time I hope someone would read my email and fix the issue overworking good employees like her this is why they don’t last in this location at all. Do better BURGER KING!

The customer attendant at the drive thru window was extremely rude. I often come to this Burger King (they’re all usually very nice. At least not rude) but never had the unpleasant experience of having this attendant. As I was stating my order, she said I could speak into the mic at any time. I thought I was! She could’ve said something like Mam I can’t hear you. I asked her if I could get onion rings as part of the Value Your Way meal. She said No. So now I’m wondering what are the options. I was afraid to ask. But I did. She stated the options with a definite irritation to her voice. She gave me the impression she did not want to be at work. Maybe It was so early that she just felt the need to be rude.

This place is ripping people off. I ordered a 12 piece chicken fries and after getting home, opened the container… and it looked pretty empty. Well, I know why: they are breaking a single chicken fry in half to pass off as two pieces… LOL You can see I got 13 pieces but most of them are half the size of a single chicken fry (which barely bigger than a stick of Chapstick)… I guess I should be happy I got 13 pieces. LAMO!!

Jennifer at this location was extremely rude. I am extremely and losing my voice, just came here from the hospital to get something to eat, and when we pulled up to the service kiosk, she could not hear us, despite us practically yelling into the machine, so we pulled up to the window. At the window we waited 2 minutes while her co-worker watched us and we waited for her. We had to scream because she could not hear us despite us saying many many times what the order was. I was met with disrespect and zero caring attitude. There is no compassion from this worker, and she sat there smiling, saying there was “no reason to get an attitude” and arguing instead of placing the order. UNACCEPTABLE. The people working hear lack any and all sympathy. Will never be coming here again.

Missed eating a whopper. Kinda disappointed. The bun was so huge that it overshadowed the meat. So different from the advertisement. The order taker thru drive thru kept getting our order wrong. Not everyone wants a meal.
