Corporate should check drive times here. Currently sitting in line and have never been stuck in a drive thru for this long. I would leave if I wasn’t blocked in by cars in front and behind me.

This used to be the best Burger King in the area. Three times in a row now. The regular lunch guy isn’t there anymore and it has become INCREDIBLY slow, consistently asked to remind them what my order is, and then get wrong items three times in a row.
It used to be really good. The last few weeks it has gone way downhill. Plenty of better options elsewhere around this area.
The melt is supposed to be toasted. Has come that way before. This was pitiful.

This Burger King (and honestly most in general) have a really hard time following their posted hours. This was understandable during the pandemic but now I am frequently finding BK’s closed a good hour or more before their closing time. It’s not wonder no one eats here anymore and they’re going out of business. It’s unfortunate because I have been a huge fan of BK for 20+ years but with business ethics like this they can no longer endure.

I ordered two whopper Jrs and a 4pc mozzarella stick. They forgot the mozzarella sticks. I literally asked for three things, and they couldn’t get that right. I was charged for it, too. Didn’t get a receipt, so I have no recourse. Fries were undercooked and cold. The level of service is seemingly declining at this location. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. THIS LOCATION FORGETS STUFF CONSTANTLY.

Ask the guy for two marinaras for my mozz sticks cause they forgot it last time. Of course gave me one. Forgot my kids fries. They are always forgetting stuff. I’m just to lazy to drive back once I’m home.
