I love this burger King. This location has very friendly employees and they are very attentive. The food is always hot and fresh. The fries are very yummy at this location and seasoned very well. The place is kept very clean. The place is newer and looks nice. There hasn’t been any waits to place an order. I look forward to my next visit at this location.

This is a new one for me. I ordered an impossible whopper with cheese. I got a meat whopper instead. No biggie, it happens. I called to let them know and they try to tell me I actually ordered the whopper which was “why [I] got a whopper.” I let them know that no, I in fact specifically ordered an impossible whopper. At this point they claim the receipt that printed said whopper, so that must have been what I ordered. When I told them that the receipt I have definitely says impossible, the response was that they have no control over the app, so there was no replacing it. I wasn’t even mad at first, but damn. That’s a lot of really stupid excuses to just refuse to admit or correct an error.

Yesterday my boyfriend, child and I went through the drive thru to order our food. We ordered the new brisket burger in our order. When we get to the window, we were handed our drinks. My boyfriend took a drink of what was suppose to be lemonade, and it tased like water. He had me try it, and it definitely tasted like water. The guy comes back to the window, tells us we have to pull up and shuts the window before we can ask for a new drink. So we kindly waited for him to come back, simply said our drink tasted water down, can we get a new one. he wasn’t the problem, “Alex” the women “manager” i believe, is in the back throwing her hands up and i can hear her shouting to the guy at the window “ just tell her she can sit there. by the time she’s done bitching her food will be ready.” The guy went to relay, and i said “oh i heard her back there bitchin” he shuts the window. she’s then clearly yelling, and throwing her hands up to where i can see, so i pull around, go inside, and ask for the manager or corporate number. She ignores me. i say “maam, i need your manger here or a corporate number now.” She then turns around, YELLS in my face, and says no, he’s not here can’t do anything until tomorrow. I asked for her name, 3 times, before i finally got “Alex”. She then went back and forth with me about how she didn’t do anything, that there’s cameras and such, and i told her that’s fine, i have a witness and your manger can check the cameras, im not leaving until i have a number to call to report.” She then storms off, grabs a card with an invalid number (called 4 times didn’t go through yesterday, same thing today) and says “it’s not that hard to pull up”. then continues to tell me “have the day you deserve” screaming at me. This lady and who truly needs to be fired. Not only did this all happen, but our ENTIRE order was not correct, the brisket sandwhich had zero brisket. all of our food was cold (could be from the scene that happened). I myself am a manger in food service, and no matter the disrespect a customer gives, i’d never treat someone this way. But the thing that irrated us the most, is both my boyfriend and i, were extremely polite during our order and EVERYTHING until we heard and saw her in the back. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with this place either. I’ve gotten food poisoning from this location before, my boyfriend has had a similar interaction with who we think is “Alex’s” mom(they look similar, could be wrong). This location is just a joke. Seriously need to fire this lady before you loose all buisness, because from the looks of the rest of the reviews she’s mostly the reason this place is falling behind.

Don’t use the app if you’re ordering because the manager might decide to close at 11:30PM instead of 12 AM and They will be closed when you get there. Then you will not get your money back because there’s no place on the app to get a refund. When I called the store the next day, they said, I had to contact the app to get my Money back. I can’t find a phone number in the app anywhere. There’s a chat AI that doesn’t let me type anything in the comments it just keeps pushing me through to give a review on it’s service.

I came in to pick up a delivery, just doing my job. I decided I wanted a little snack and got something small off the menu with a cup of water. When I ask for my water the employee who I do believe is a manager, hands me a clear regular cup with no top. Usually this wouldn’t be a problem but I’d prefer not to spill water all over my car as I work. I politely asked for a cup with a lid. and the lady, visibly annoyed and bothered proceeded to hesitantly give me a cup with a lid as she goes on about how “customers ask for water and get soda instead all the time”. I thought that was very rude and unnecessary. She could’ve very easily just filled up a water cup for me herself if instead of being rude and annoyed with me. Thumbs down from me

Are you all stupid or what? I order a Whopper, open it up and there is black, slimy lettuce falling out of the sandwich. Are you people really trying to make people sick? This place is disgusting and I hope it gets shut down. I’ll be filing a report with the DeKalb County Heath Department first thing in the morning.

If I could leave no stars I would! I’m 6 months pregnant and just bought a bacon and Swiss royal chicken sandwich.. first bite I got was a hard piece of raw chicken… I felt bad and didn’t want to go back soo I tried to pick around and find and edible peice but the whole chicken patty was completely hard and inedible! I went back and tried to explain but the manager kept saying it was impossible as the chicken is on a timer… after trying to get a replacement and getting no where with the rude staff I decided to just get a whopper instead as I can’t risk getting food poisoning and had to pay for a whole new sandwich and no type of discount or apology just felt humiliating because they wouldn’t even check the sandwich. I will never come here again and I’m not surprised with the bad reviews they already have
