Ordered mozzarella fries and the cheese tasted like rubber and the cashier was slow not hearing my order I recommend going to the Burger King in Algonquin at least they don’t charge more there and make you wait long for your drinks

There are also re cooking French fries to make it feel like there fresh made
The manager likes to have the final word and just keeps talking over the customer cause she is right
I wouldn’t come back here ever again even if it’s close to home the managers need some kind of retraining on how to treat customers and there opinions

I may be old-school, but I still remember what hamburger actually tasted like I used to love that Char broiled flavor Today it almost taste like maybe they gave me one of those fake plant-based impossible burgers It was more Grainy than usual I definitely no ground beef/char broiled Flavor For almost $13 what a disappointment Why do not eat out at fast food very often? For the price BK beats the competition
This particular location the staff is always friendly very accommodating. They sell me cheeseburgers for breakfast. The french fries are always screaming hot I get a 10% senior discount. I eat inside the places impeccably clean, but I don’t wear the paper crowns anymore. You know I think about it every time I go in.

Im a regular here I go here every other day. I have mix feelings with this burger king. But today 8/20/25 between 6pm-620pm took a hit.
I am giving this place a 1 star.. i wish I can give a 0 star.. because today was just insane how I had to wait 10 mins with no acknowledgement from cashiers (long hair with glasses) or the manager (short hair he/she).
The audacity the manager and cashier said to me when i ask if theyre going to take my order.. they said acknowledge me and told me “we will be with you in a sec”.. i know for a fact they looked at me but never acknowledge me. And on top of that the manager was taking drivethru orders even though I was there for 10mins.
Even if they did tell me to wait a sec.. that sec turned into 10mins.. This is a fast food restaurant not a wait in line for 10mins to get your order.. so I just left the building.

They forgot my bacon melt told then they forgot it and gave me a spicy melt then got home realized they also forgot my nuggets. Tons of people waiting for orders some also left without their food. Only had one person making food and not prioritizing customers who ordered first. The Melt ain’t even toasted and it looks like the onions were just thrown on there. Never coming to this one again.

Ordered 16 piece nuggets and a medium fry. It’s been about 10 mins and still haven’t gotten my order. They told me to pull forward and they will bring my food out everytime I come here they always make me wait for my food

found a sticker label in my sandwich. was in with the cheese. burger king you need to get blue or pink colored sticker/label so you can actually catch this next time.
