I was just in there to get some food with my son and there was a lady in front of us that was so rude to them and rushing them but they did a great job and were very professional in dealing with it. I Worked fast food as a kid so I know the struggles that can come along with that job. Kudos to them in doing a great job today.

Visited Burger King Location: 21231 in Hoffman Estates. Order number: 97 on 12/10/2024. I order 2 double whoppers plain just cheese, one small fry and a number 1 meal. We live in Algonquin. Got home no small fry but was charged for it. My wife’s fry’s are dry “af”. The burgers are fine. The location was not busy. Two cars in the parking lot. We had been the only car in the drive through. You people are complaining you want $20 an hour. How about you get the order straight first then let’s talk about giving you $20 an hour.

It had been some time since I have visited a Burger King based off of past experiences. Tonight I visited the Burger King located at the corner of Higgins Rd and Barrington Rd in Hoffman Estates. I ordered the Shroom Swiss Melt, a medium onion rings and a medium coke. Total cost of the meal was $11.48. I was both pleasantly surprised and disappointed at the same time. The surprising portion of this review has to do with overall taste and quality. The shroom swiss melt is a fairly new offering that has two burger patties swiss cheese, mushrooms, and a creamy mushroom sauce on sour dough bread. The flavor combination actually works very well. Both the burger and the onion rings came out piping hot. It was apparent that my items were cooked to order. The disappointment came from the price compared to overall size of the burger. For almost $12 I would expect the burger patties to be equivalent to the size of the whopper patties, not the little hockey puck sized patties they use for the kiddie menu. The food was tasty, but the portion size left me wanting another burger. It didn’t quite fill me up. The staff were friendly and polite. On a scale of 1-5 based on the five star rating system. My score averaged out to be 4.65 out of 5. I get that everything is costing more, but at these prices it would cost a family of four $50 for this meal and they’d still be going home feeling hungry.
