Probably the best Burger King experience I’ve had in 10 years!
Hadn’t been in a Burger King in a long time, I got some coupons in the mail, so I thought I’d give it a try.
The Burger King on North avenue in northlake is one of the best ones I’ve ever tried!
I was there Saturday April 1, 2023 around 2:30pm.
The staff is great, the gal behind the counter was polite had a great smile and made me feel very welcome and at home there.
She took care of my order, got it perfect, when I asked for my whopper OTB (off the broiler) it was no problem!
All my food was fresh and hot and very tasty !
My Whopper stuck out past the bun! My burger was cooked to a medium-well char broil, just the way I ordered it, and was close to a pub burger level of quality at a fast food price!
I got it all with the coupon for $7.85!
I’m definitely going back to this Burger King again it was clean and nice and everything was in proper order with a very polite staff!

Is your health and safety important? I ordered a meal and found a tiny twisted piece of metal in my Fries. I notified the BK and I emailed corporate – it took 3 days for them to reply. I have also made a Police report hoping someone inspects that place. The metal fragment is on the penny for size.

So I go inside to get a chance to stretch my legs and pick up my online order that had been placed 5 minutes prior. I’m inside and show the CSR my mobile order confirmation. She looks like a deer lost in the headlights. She runs to the rear and drops a order of onion rings in the grease. A few minutes later I have my order in the bag and in my hand and walking out the door. I resume my driving only a mile away only to discover the onion rings are half cooked. I was too far away to return. I hope the establishment will take better precautions, what if this was a beef burger, or a chicken breast, etc. Accuracy is far better than efficiency.

I recently visited this Burger King location and had an extremely unpleasant experience. While some employees were busy cooking fries, I noticed another worker standing on top of a table to clean the vent. This practice is not only dangerous but also highly unsanitary.
As the worker was cleaning, dust and debris from the vent were falling directly onto the fries being cooked below. This is a serious health concern and demonstrates a lack of proper hygiene standards. I was very disappointed and concerned about the cleanliness and safety practices at this establishment.
I hope management takes immediate action to address these issues and ensure that proper cleaning protocols are followed, especially in food preparation areas. Until then, I cannot recommend this location to others.

Love going here in the morning. I have not encountered one attitude. They know me when I come through the drive thru now. Lol I will start my order and they will finish it. I think that means I go there too much. But they are just wonderful. They let me build a breakfast without charging a arm and two legs. My breakfast is always good and fresh and they give it to me with a smile. That’s always a plus

The food was great…but the App needs serious help. We were at a different location. The app was only showing us a portion of the address which contained North, so we went to pick up our food to find out it was a different location 20 minutes away from where we were. Needless to say my milkshake was melted and food was luke warm. Thank goodness the staff was excellent and understood. They replaced my shake with a fresh one and were very kind at the window.
The App really needs some extra work when it comes to the correct location. It based the address off my home address instead of where my location was.
It was also my first time using the app, so I am hopeful that it will get easier, cause I Love my onion rings and nuggets.
