I ordered a Veggie Whopper with Cheese Meal – not an Impossible Whopper. I even double checked with the cashier and she said yes, veggie whopper. I got home later to find there was meat. When I called, Valentina kept arguing with me stating it’s the same – it is not. Impossible burger had a patty and I ordered a Veggie Whopper that has no patty. I get them all the time and she’s arguing with me. I asked for a refund and she said to call back Friday and speak with Alfredo the manager. What kind of horrible service is this?? I hope corporate sees this and takes action. Very disappointing.

I live in the city and the Burger King that I visited out here in the suburb was completely different. It was well managed, the food was hot and fresh, the service was great and the overall establishment was clean and above normal. I sat here and relaxed and enjoyed my good food. Thank you for a very positive experience and I look forward to coming back in the near future when I’m in the neighborhood. Definitely recommended

Beware with the short hair mexican lady. She short changes a quarter here a dime there. She adds sudden extra charges on Your order like extra sauce or bacon. It’s not q once thing. It’s a common occurrence. The rest of the workers are great.

The morning crew sucks I was just there trying to order breakfast before work I couldn’t even order the lady had such a bad attitude I left and went to McDonald’s right yo the street I do not recommend going here in the morning the service sucks the morning cashier and cook should find new jobs if they hate it so much definitely will not be going back in the mornings

From the moment I entered the restaurant, everything was impeccable. The place is in perfect condition: clean, well-decorated, and with a very pleasant atmosphere. The service was prompt and friendly; the staff really goes the extra mile to provide excellent service.
The food was next-level. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and served quickly. You can tell they use quality ingredients and that the dedication goes into every dish. Without a doubt, this is a place I will return to and wholeheartedly recommend. A gem!

I had a great experience at Burger King! The customer service was excellent. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right. My order was ready quickly, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. It’s always nice when fast food is both fast and good. Definitely one of the betst Burger King locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend!
