I was heading out of town and hadn’t had breakfast yet and Burger King was a convenience stop. The kids wanted to use the restroom anyway so I stopped and we walked inside. I asked and was told that they could do a Whopper. Some Burger Kings won’t do burgers for breakfast anymore. I knew for me that a Whopper would sit better than any of the regular breakfast items. I ordered mine with just cheese and nothing else.

I don’t normally give 5 star reviews to fast food restaurants, but this Burger King location deserves it! It starts with them being calm and listening in the drive through. I hate when fast food workers interrupt you to ask you the questions you were about to tell them. They listen, and give you the order the way you want it — even if you’re request is unusual.

I only gave you a one because I had to what’s going on with that food cold and old you got rid of the best thing the only good thing in your place the spicy chicken fries the only good thing you have left is the onion rings the cold onion rings your water down soda nasty sauce oh your chicken nuggets in the barbecue just a rip off of McDonald’s but worse goodbye I’m never coming here again only if you get the spicy chicken fries.

What’s the point of online ordering if when you get there nobodys doing anything, no other customers are there, and thats when they decide to check the online order when you show up and then they decide to make it. You wait the same amount of time as just ordering from the counter or the drive through. This has happened more than once and as other customers have also said they just close early when want.

Customer service is bad. No need to expound on that, just plain bad. Carlos (possibility the manager) is the worst. Carlos left items off my order and when I drove all the back to the store, he got mad at me because I asked what I paid for!?! Also my chicken sandwich was dry and old, so I asked for a different sandwich. More attitude from this Carlos character. He got mad and said I’ll just give you a refund; which he did and stormed off. So I purchased a double cheeseburger to replace the chicken sandwich. That too was nasty. Not the first time I had an issue here. ZERO STARS!!
