I get advertising consists of making it look better than it actually is, but this is literally FRAUD! It does not resemble the BBQ Brisket Whopper AT ALL! I ordered without tomato’s, but theres literally nothing brisket about this. DISGRACE!!! This is why Burger King won’t be around!

My kids like coming here for the playplace, but it’s really not up to standard for the area. Playplace area has NO temperature control. It was extremely hot during the summer (no AC) and extremely cold during the winter right now (no heat). Going to have to tell my kids no next time.

Manager Leo did a great job. There was a girl folding king hats that gave each of our girls a few hats and showed our daughters how to fold them. Very friendly staff. I am a fan of Burger King (prefer Burger King’s Burgers over McDonald’s). I do wish Burger King’s fries were better (I wish the fries were more similar to McDonald’s or even Checkers). We have visited many BK’s in the area, today we went to the one in Algonquin on Randall Road. Food was excellent, hot and fresh. Service was amazing. I ordered a double whopper with cheese and it was the best double whopper I had from a Burger King in a long time, fresh and hot. Ordered nuggets for the kids and a few extra burgers and fries for our neighbors kids. Food was excellent, playground was very clean (for the kids). Keep up the good work Algonquin location.

Mexican lady working driving thru at 10:51PM on 12/11/2025 shoupd be fired. She has no customer service skills and is very rude starting from taking your order. Gave me the wrong order without any receipt. I went back to get the correct order and she refused to make it right by saying thats what u ordered. When asked for a refund, she took my card and said it’s been refunded and said we don’t give receipts and its for our records. This is a shady lady and I will report her to corporation!

You want the truth about this burger king? I’m gonna give it to you! You got a bunch of youth working here who would rather be on their phones and chitchatting about tiktak on the job. 3 of them were doing this WHILE me and my son was in the drive through waiting for my food. They saw me looking at them and they walked around the corner. They mess up my order all the time and make the new generation look lazy. All of that said. That woman who works the night shift is the Burger Queen! Let me tell you! She took 3 cars orders, made them all, and delivered them all by herself. She keeps this place operating despite the teenagers she works with. Bless up and give this lady a raise. Look at this party in your mouth beefy rock your world hamburger she made my son.

I went to Burger King with my kids and found a hair inside my burger. I gave it to the cashier, who seemed to be the director of operations in the store, and asked for a replacement. Instead of apologizing, he started arguing with me and told me to leave the property. This was such a bad experience, especially with my kids present. Corporate, please be advised to teach him proper customer service.

all of these reviews are ZERO for a reason. absolutely crap at this location, every single time it’s a 100 minute wait, even if theres a line or not, they always screw your order up on purpose and the food is always cold. don’t ever go here or waste your money here

I asked for a double whopper with cheese and bacon no pickles and I got the wrong burger. I also asked for cheesy tots and I got churros instead, atleast the fries and coke were correct
