I am a fan of Burger King. I went to the one in Algonquin on Randall Road. I Ordered a double whopper with cheese and it was the best double whopper I had from a Burger King in a long time fresh and hot. Keep up the good work Algonquin location.

Went through drive thru, waited forever, I was the only car in line, waited so long forgot I had a code for free fry, presented at window, cashier flips out. Manager made an excuse he was only the cashier. Only one cashier is not my problem and I shouldn’t have to see a “customer person” flipout on the customer for buying a product and using an app that Burger King provides to their customers.

I’m guessing no manager and everyone called in sick. 3 on staff, waited 15 minutes to order inside. People left in front of me the wait was so long. Place was a mess, water on the floor, garbage everywhere, tables all dirty, used crowns everywhere, bathrooms disgusting, beverage area a mess, garbage full. I felt bad for the 3 kids working there so I didn’t complain. This is poor management.

Horrible! As you can tell by the pictures this place doesn’t give a damn about customers. There is nobody at the front counter! Service is rude and almost non existant. There ketchup was out, cookies gone, frozen drinks out, fountain machine out of most choices. It seems like they are going out of business with minimal employees and running out of basic products. Even the tray I got was slimey. Stay away if you want service or food!
