Remodeled and modern looking with lots of great comfortable seating. Wonderful and very friendy customer service. The manager is amazing. Digital fountain drink machine. Wi-Fi available. Tasty fries or Onion rings, Delicious burgers made your way. Breakfast from open till 11:00. Drive-thru is fast and quick. Plenty of parking.

In any BK location I’ve ever been to, food is almost always hot n’ fresh, dining areas in particularly this one are always kept clean but the service including this location overall is average at best.
Customer service should always be a high priority if not the highest priority for any business. Sometimes it’s good but once in a while I’ll have an encounter with an employee who acts like they don’t wanna be there.
I’ll admit that I eat at BK from time to time when I need a break from McD’s or Wendy’s or want an affordable burger which really isn’t cheap at any venue anymore with the rising cost of food everywhere.
This is the one location I end up at the most since it’s the closest to my house in Beach Park. Doesn’t necessarily have to be a 5⭐️ experience for me to come back but the fact that BK serves lunch items early in the morning is mainly why I end up here.

This Location Right Here Is Okay. The Food Is Fresh, As Well As The Other Food Items. For Some Reason They Always Seem To Forget Something Though. Today They Forgot To Provide A Straw With My Order. I had an issue with my order on a previous visit to the Burger King on Lewis Ave in Waukegan, but the manager (whose name I didn’t catch) really went above and beyond to make it right. Not only were the missing items added, but they were upgraded, and I even received an extra order of fries as a kind gesture. The level of empathy and customer service truly restored my faith in the brand. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and will definitely continue to visit this location!

The store manger Sandy needs to be fired. I placed an order and some things were messed up I was nice about it but this lady got an attitude with me. You made the mistake don’t treat a customer like they are wrong. For someone in a management position have some professional behavior. I have reported this to the HG as well.
