This is the third time in a row we’ve received cold food from this Burger King. Everything-from the fries to the Whopper—was ice cold. Today was especially bad. We ordered the new SpongeBob meal and a plain Whopper, and this is how it came. Not only was it covered in mayo and completely wrong, but it was cold to the touch and the bun was soggy and falling apart. It was honestly disgusting.
We held off on leaving a review before, but this was the last straw. The service has gone downhill, the wait times keep getting longer, and the food quality has clearly dropped. We’re officially done with this location, which is disappointing because we used to joke that this was the only Burger King that didn’t mess up our food.

Would have given five stars for the service because it’s usually great but I ordered extra pickles one day and was charged an extra 70 cents. That was the only employee that was not friendly. They’re almost always very quick with the orders. Quicker than any other fast food drive-thru I’ve been to.

Easily the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. They have a sign posted where you walk in to “please use the kiosk for faster service”. The restaurant is always dirty and smells bad. The floors are very greasy and slippery, the seats are sticky, I usually have to ask them to clean a table in the kids play area if we decide to dine-in and the food is always disappointing.

Compared to the staff they used to have its much improved. Former employees didn’t wear gloves and handled the food with bare hands. They would throw things around and yell at the manager. When I complained to the manager all he said was I’m taking care of your order. I told him if that was me I would have fired those employees on the spot! I recently went back because I was tight on time and it was completely different. The employees seemed happy they were wearing

My apologies. The review was for the Johnsburg Burger King not Round lake beach. However whenever I go to the RLB BK service is always good and the food is fresh and the employees are always pleasant. Sorry for the confusion.

Had the Impossible Whopper with fries and soda. Lettuce not the great – check before consuming! Fries hot. Not advise having more than one Impossible patty a day! Tomato not the best. (Can’t expect green house grown)

pulled in the drive thru and from the moment we arrived Tonya treated us with hostility and attitude stating they are only taking mobile or delivery orders. when I asked how i’m able to order the spongebob meal that is in stores only she told me not sure you gotta figure that out on your own. I asked if there was a reason why they are only taking mobile and delivery and she rudely spoke over me shouting “BECAUSE MY MANAGER SAID SO” We then got stuck waiting in line to leave and I called in the meantime and spoke to this very nice lady who apologized on Tonya’s behalf saying she was not sure why she said that to us or treated us that way but that she was willing to take our order and make it for us and to just pull up to the second window. once we got to the window it was pretty obvious that the manager was Tonya and that she was clearly talking about herself in third person thinking she’d get away with it. once we realized this we let the lady who talked to me on the phone know that we were no longer comfortable ordering there as we shouldn’t have been treated that way in the first place. it was confirmed the lady on the speaker who said the “manager” isn’t allowing orders was said manager after the lady called her by her name asking her to move out of the way when we got to the window and even told her you shouldn’t of talked to them that way. Tonya clearly didn’t give a crap and probably treats people like garbage on a regular

This is ridiculous that this restaurant can serve this totally raw, I ordered 4 orders and all raw I called the restaurant several times and they hung up the phone, I can’t believe I have this type of customer service

Never have I written review till now, this place can never show an ounce of respect and human manners, always rude and disrespectful. And not only that they scratched their nose before handing the food. Only a nightmare thinking how the food quality is in there.

Everytime, they do this. Sloppy wet bun falling apart and an unholy amount of mayonnaise. I’ve worked burger king before and they even go as far as to have visual diagrams on how to build a sandwich, and over loading is never on there. If it’s not this it’s crap attitudes and takes forever.I’m just gunna throw it away because it’s covered inside and out with mayo and they always forget any kind of sauce too. Go to the one on 45 they are way better.
