Rating Customer Service 1 Star because workers on drive thru are so unprofessional Need to speak first on the speaker I place my order 2 minutes before heading to the drive thru but when I got there they told me to come back in a little or just come in and wait for the food because they just received 30seconds ago and its going to take time, Isn’t me saving him time by just ordering on my phone because the way I see it is that If Order on the drive thru speak I will have to wait anyways on the window into my order gets ready, Make that make sense. after arriving again to the drive thru speaker they told me to wait for him a few minutes (5),Really? This location need help

I just had the egg & cheese croissant On 12/12/25. For starters, i have NO IDEA ‍♂️ what it was that was in my sandwich but it was hard crunchy and black. I spit it out but I knew then I was in for a wild ride and i tell you, what a ride it has been. It is now 12/15/25 and I will say i am probably 90% back to full health but I have had diarrhea and massive fatigue ever since.
I called the facility and let them know but the manager said, “I am sorry that this happened, I hope you feel better.”
I don’t know what I expected, but I didn’t feel any empathy to be honest.
I’m good on them now ya’ll.

Pulled up to drive through a few days ago and no one answered the speaker so I left thinking I was too early before they opened or something. Came back this morning and realized the outside order menu looked the same (turned wrong etc) so I drove around past the window and realized the place looked abandoned, falling apart, ceilings fell through, etc. No signs anywhere indicating if they were temporarily closed etc. So I’m not sure if they’re closed for reno or closed permanently, etc. I love this location so I hope it’s only temporary!

The food was typical for burger King. Unfortunately the restaurant hasn’t been updated in a while and it always seems understaffed whenever I am there at lunch. Worse no one greets you or apologizes for the extended wait to have your order taken at the counter. You’re just left wondering if anyone is taking orders at the counter.

I love when staff immediately says “Hello” or some other greeting when I walk into an establishment. I haven’t been inside this particular restaurant, but was immediately greeted by a friendly face, who patiently waited for me to decide. I enjoyed a new burger, Crispy Onion Whopper and mozzarella fries, which were delish. I didn’t care for the marinara, but luckily they didn’t need any sauce. Good visit.

Ordered online to pickup at 9:50. When I arrived, no one answered at the drive thru speaker. I drove up to it after seeing the car in front of me had the same issue. Then driving up to the window to ask about my order, all the works ran away to the back and turned off the lights. All while their site and app claims the drive thru is open til midnight.

I placed my order & when I received it, it was all cold like it had been sitting there forever. I even asked for my whopper to be “hot of the broiler,” & it was not. I’m definitely disappointed with this location.

Stopped by to grab a quick bite but saw that the building was condemned on 1/25. Took a closer look and saw what looked like as if the roof had caved in. Not sure if they’ll reopen again.

I placed an order over the phone and it took 10 minutes to get to Burger King and when I got there they still hadn’t placed my order. So I had to wait another 15 minutes and the girl who served me was still ignoring me at first and after she gave me the order she made fun of me.
