It has been quite some time that I have had great service by a young man at any fast food establishment . As I sat and ate my meal, I watched “Christian” actually take pride in working.
Before I walked out I did let the manager know I appreciated his work ethic. As I asked him his name, It is Christian and my message to him is keep up your great attitude, you are sure to succeed!

I’ve been avoiding BK because the ones in BG have been dirty/older and just not what they used to be. This location was a pleasant surprise: nice staff, fresh hot food and a newer, clean and more up to date building. I’d certainly return!

Order was wrong. Came back to have order corrected and did say it was probably my fault. I did get an apology but something was off with the food. Quality of food was low and roof of mouth felt dry after eating meal. Still dry until next day. This was my go to place but not anymore.

Had a whopper with bacon today at the Burger King on Lake St. I was surprised, but the burgers at this store have changed. Meat patty was very thin and did not smell or taste charbroiled. It was not at all the big, tasty burger that I have become accustomed to at Burger King. Will not eat at this particular location again.

Keep going every day to try this new Franken candy sundae and I keep being told we dont have it yet its on the menu so why advertise it take it off the menu or are employees just being lazy this bk has been showing awful customer service for a while now you go there and they dont even acknowledge you just ignore you atleast tell people you will be with them as soon as possible but not even eye contact sad that customer service doesn’t really exist anymore

Armando is truly exceptional! Every time I visit, he consistently provides top-notch service. He’s incredibly hardworking, always getting my order right, no matter how specific my requests are. His politeness and understanding make every interaction a pleasure, and he’s always punctual, ensuring the experience is smooth and efficient. Armando is the only one I trust with my orders because he genuinely cares about the quality of his work. I sincerely hope he gets a well-deserved raise because Burger King is lucky to have such a dedicated and good-hearted employee. Highly recommend!
