The Whopper Junior ought to be renamed the Junior. I think they are attempting to complete with the White Castle Slider to see how small they can make a burger. Maybe, Miniature Burger would be a better name. On the bright side the toppings were good.

The workers here are super nice. But they always screw up my order. I’ve never gotten what I ordered. At this point I don’t even check the bag. I just think it’s hilarious and eat whatever they gave me LOL

They messed up my order then when I called they told me to come in so they can fix the issue, but when I showed up both of the managers on duty, Antonio was one of them and the other refused to give me her name, basically called me a liar and was giving me crap about replacing or fixing the problem. They kept disrespecting me in front of my son. And at the end they never fixed the issue. I tried asking for corporate number and Antonio just ignored me and walked away. Horrible service very disappointed

Worst BK ever. I ordered two sandwiches and only got one. When confronting staff they told me to get lost. They refused to provide and receipts of my purchase. I never got my food they basically told to get lost. By far the worst fast experience of my life.

Burger King service seems to be the same on most locations. It is horrible. Crewmembers seem to be lacking any customer service training. The word rude is to be expected from the crew members to their supervisors.

Very clean environment! 2 tvs here to watch as well. The customer service here is definitely top notch compared to the other burger King’s around the area I live. I eat here most 2 times a week actually just because of the staff here!!

It took forever to get French fries and burger. Air ventilation system is not strong enough so I was “enjoying” burnt smell while waiting. More than 20 minutes waiting is ridiculous!

Whenever we order food from this Burger King, we are charged for items that we didn’t receive. We have never received a refund nor the missing items. Happens every time. There are never any apologies nor accountability. Do not order food from Burger King. They blame GrubHub and GrubHub blames Burger King. They steal your money AND your food items.
