I went inside to order something to eat and the Hispanic lady with blonde hair did not bother to say hi or wait to take my order she just looked at me and that was all she did I waited and no one took my order but she was good listening to her music on her phone maybe she doesn’t care about customers..Thursday at 8 pm. Went to order within the hours at 9pm inside however there was no one attending, and the screens were off. After a while the manager outside the establishment signaled me to go through the drive through because inside it was closed. I went to Macdonalds instead, Macdonalds service 5 out of 5.

They don’t give you your full order, and they know they’re not doing it. I honked my horn in drive thru for minutes until they came forward. I needed ketsup. Then the attendant told me to give me my bag back, where he put in the hash browns and returned my bag to me.
That was unsanitary AND he knew he didn’t give it to me.

The woman taking orders in the drive through can hardly be understood, and doesn’t take orders properly.

my sandwich looked like it had been sitting out and it was all soggy. oh and the worker at the drive thru was rude. i work a drive thru, and the best way to get customers to come back is to be nice and have hospitality.

I ordered two sandwiches and made a few simple modifications to them and I was charged for this.
I was told to pull around to the front and wait for my food. I waited over 10 minutes, when I get home the order was not even how I asked for it to be. It was plain. Completely unsatisfied!
