I visited thus Burger King and ordered a Whopper with cheese, requesting it off the broiler. The food met my expectations, coming out hot and fresh.

I know Burget King is Burger King but what makes me so impressed by this location every time I go to the drive through to get a meal for my kids is how NICE and UPBEAT the people who work there are. They always go out of their way to say hi and they seem to be genuinely enjoying their job. This alone makes me choose BK over the clown place every time.

The sign on the door mentions the lobby open until 10pm. I showed up at 9pm and the doors were locked and couldn’t walk in on 12-12-25.

Ordered two meals, one with onion rings one with fries. When order was received both meals had fries. Employee literally picked up the one order of fries and threw it in the garbage in front of me before proceeding to hand me the onion rings. Burger King would rather throw food in the garbage than give to their customers, even when the mistake was theirs.

The Big King is now made with cheeseburger patties instead of whopper patties at this location. Another disappointing trip to this location. Not sure why I went back this location has been awful for awhile.
This location has decreased in quality over the last couple of months. It has gotten to the point where I would only go there for certain items. I used to love the eggnormous burrito for breakfast but recently the bacon would be mashed together and burnt and other times they would leave out the sausage. Today had to be the worst one yet. The egg throughout the sandwich had black spots throughout. I will not be ordering food from this location for the foreseeable future.

So tired of coming here and it taking 20 minutes to place an order. Even ordering on the app, and then trying to pick up in the drive though is a disaster. I wait at the teller box for 6 minutes while they locate the order and then when I come up to the window, I’m told to pull off and wait even longer. Then you get your food, drive off and half of it’s missing!!!!

This place used to be good. I ordered a whopper and it came with only three ingredients: a patty, cheese and bacon.

Every single time an item is wrong. Nothing can be made your way it’s their way or the highway. Seriously five visits five mistakes. Worst drive thru ever. And I run restaurants it takes a lot to really fail on this level. Even the wrong item that I was given was made wrong. And I called and was told that because I was charged for something I didn’t order but they gave me I have to pay for it. What is wrong with you BK. Who says that oh I charged you for that though so be happy and pay for it. I called and that was what I was told. Where is the customer service. FIRE EVERYONE NOW AND GET A REAL STAFF THAT CARES .
