Checkout person was nice. Manager had a bad attitude, yelling at people. Asked for extra napkins and she rolled her eyes. She was getting cranky with the poor guy doing fries. She wasn’t really doing anything but yelling at people.

This location sits in the middle of an industrial park so the lunchtime crew is better staffed. Fast moving drive-thru line @ 12:20pm. Fresh hot food this time. Guy was a little hard to understand through the speaker but got my order correct, and put two large handfuls of ketchup for my fries in the bag without being asked then gave me a receipt. Thanks buddy!

Was trying to redeem a code in store and it was not working tried another and it also was not working . I understand that it’s an app and it could go down but the young man at the counter was not helpful by any means , it took me asking for a manger for someone to help me . I work in customer service and it should not take me asking for a manger for an employee to just do the right thing and help . However the manager was nice and helpful.

I am beyond not happy! Not only that it took 15 min to go threw drive thru, but my food had mold on the bun. This is straight out outrageously disgusting!
Its nearly impossible to talk to a person in person. So I submitted an email to have them call me back. And they took care of the whole meal. The young lady that called was very polite and took care of it in person when I got there the following day. Thank you for keeping your word!

This location is closest to my work so had to try out BK’s new Ghost Pepper Whopper. It’s ok, barely any heat and worth trying just once. The bright orange bun was pretty trippy but just a novelty.

I came to have lunch with my family and our little pomeranian dog. We made a big order, got drinks and were waiting for our order at one of the tables. The guy who took our order came up to us and said that we had to leave the place because of our dog. The thing is he saw we came with a dog but said nothing about that and received our order. There were no tables outside and we asked him: where should we go with the food we had already ordered? We didn’t get any clear answer. We went to the cash register where a latina woman, 50-60 years old, looked at us with a very crabbed, angry face. We felt humiliated. There was no sign on the door prohibiting entry with animals. I checked again from outside and asked them : how could we know that animals are not allowed if there are no signs? The guy told that we should have looked on the website before coming. What??? Are you kidding me?? Terrible disgust from these people remained. Hire staff who will love people and their work!
