No greeting, no crown offered, shake machine off, cookies had no dates on them, asked for fresh meat off broiler that wasnt honored yet I got luke warm meat. Fries hung on fryers got luke warm fries and onion rings. Two of the employees working on shake machine put the ice cream in without washing hands before hand in which one of them was handling dirty dishes at the dish pit. Just alot of big issues here.

Spent 50 plus on food for the family. Every single item on the order must have been under the warmers all afternoon. Literally nothing was edible. Should of called to ket them know but waist of time .

Waited 20 minutes for food when we were the only people in the store. After waiting so long we had to request a refund and all the little girl could say was sorry we are short staffed. Well I understand that but how does it take 20 minutes for one thing. Needless to say we won’t be back. Horrible service!

We just tried going there to eat and I dont know who the hell was running the store but I will never send a friend or family to the hamilton store or even the missoula stores. I have never seen an employee or even an owner treat someone the way they just spoke with us. I had a big group of people with me so rather then giving them my money I went to kfc next door. Much better service.

Wonderful customer service! I didn’t like the sauce that comes on
the new breakfast burrito and they replaced it with a smile on their faces! Also generously gave us all the sauces we needed in the bag without having to ask! Great work BK Hamilton.

First I want to say food was of BK quality. Could tell it was made fresh and its probably the only one I’ve been to where a staff came out and checked with everyone on their meals so service was decent (they seemed a little lost in the back though). That being said, there was a couple in eating that obviously likes looking for rocks in their free time and I dont mean the pretty ones in nature. Not a problem, the problem was they had their dingy little dog in at the table with them. Now I might just be old school but I was raised only service animals are allowed in places where food is served. Also not a huge problem but we’re heading south in a hurry, the problems really started when the manager(?) came out and started petting all over the dog telling them they could come in with it anytime because he’s so sweet. Then went back to the kitchen got bacon and brought it out and fed the dog. (Now I’m a massive dog person and in my own house the dogs pretty much rule the castle) But when the manager went right back into the kitchen to work without washing their hands, and the table was just dry ragged off not wiped down with disinfectant or anything thats where my big problem laid. Other than that not a terrible experience.

I am absolutely fed up with the Hamilton, MT Burger King. While it’s one of the few places close to home with a play area that might let my daughter burn off some energy while I desperately try to shove food down my throat, the sheer incompetence makes me furious.
More often than not, my order is wrong – it’s a gamble every single time. But what truly sets me off is their absolute disregard for kids’ meals. The last few times we’ve been, they’ve had NO toys and NO cookies. One visit, they “graciously” offered an ice cream as a substitute, only for them to turn around on the very next visit and tell us the machine was DOWN! Seriously?! It’s infuriating to see my daughter’s disappointment repeatedly. And don’t even get me started on the insane waits. If it wasn’t for that damn play area, I wouldn’t step foot in this place again. It’s an absolute joke.

I went to this Burger King to grab a quick dinner. What a nice surprise. The guy behind the counter greeted me with a big smile! What? I had not been to a BK for quite a while. I asked him a couple of questions, which he answered in the most pleasant way. After taking my order I stepped back and watched. Everyone seemed great. I asked to speak to the manager and she walked up and asked “how could she help me?”. I told her what a pleasure it was to have such great customer service by the counter person. The food was good, the place was clean and service was excellent. I left happy and will go back again. ❤️

We went to the drive though and waited almost 20 minutes for ONE meal and they forgot our drink. absolutely ridiculous, this place has been down the drain for years. DO NOT GO HERE

Seems like they don’t keep up with the cleanliness in the cool space.. ordered chicken nuggets and they came out dark dark like they had either cooked them too long or haven’t changed the oil in days. Staff is nice and helpful but management doesn’t seem to have a hold on the store.
