This Burger King looked clean and the staff was friendly. There was a line backed up in the drive through but the parking lot had plenty of empty spaces. We enjoy using the mobile app. Our food was ready within 10 minutes and we ordered 4 of the $5 meal specials. There was a customer that stood back from the counter and we figured he had been helped. Later we learned that he had not, but it was his fault for not going up to the counter. A lady who noticed him was able to help get his order together quickly (he might have been a Door Dasher?). Also while eating we noticed a lady approached the counter and waited a couple minutes then left in a huff before someone could take her order. More attention to front-counter service may be beneficial. Another suggestion would be to turn down the music which was a bit annoying (Kids Bop). The food was excellent, fries were hot, and we love the pop machine selection.

I stopped going here as of yesterday. Once, two years ago I got undercooked, raw chicken in my sandwich and I was immediately given a replacement without showing receipt or proof that it was raw. I had to come back over 20 minutes later with no receipt and was helped immediately with my situation.

Compared to my experience yesterday, I will not be going back. I went early in the morning and there was one old guy working there. We ordered two meals and an extra sandwich. The old man rushed us through our order multiple times, even though there was no one else in line and we took under five minutes to order. He was pushy and rude. When we got to the window, he basically throws the food at us. Still, no one was even in line behind us or inside the store. My bf dropped me off at work and we realized the old man forgot our sandwich, so my bf went back not even ten minutes later to ask for the sandwich he PAID FOR and the old man refused to reimburse him for the sandwich because he didn’t have the bag with him. What would that even prove?

I honestly don’t know why I ever go here especially for breakfast. Every single time I get a breakfast sandwich it’s cold. I watched them pull it out from under that non-working warmer and the paper wrapper is not even warm I got a don’t understand how I have a fully made sandwich that the cheese isn’t melted on it and the whole entire thing is cold. Glad I also ordered some french toast sticks that weren’t cooked all the way through.

The food is pretty good! Usually comes out hot or at least warm, but my older sister and her boyfriend applied to this store specifically… They waited for a call back and were left in the dark about the situation until my Sister’s boyfriend called them, to which an older lady answered and was being rude! He was curious as to when he would get a call back, just to hear her say “We probably found other people.” and she promptly hung up. This behavior makes all three of us feel a bit less fond of Burger King.

This location has some of the worst service I’ve experienced. The staff is always short-handed, and it shows—orders take forever, and no one seems to care. The manager clearly lacks proper leadership or management skills, as the team looks unorganized and unmotivated. Customer service is poor, and it feels like they don’t want to hire enough people to actually run the place right. Definitely not worth the visit until major improvements are made.

This Burger King is in a better location than most — easy to find and convenient if you’re in the area. The place is well-maintained and clean, which is always a plus for a fast-food stop. A new employee was learning how to take orders, which made the process a bit slower, but everyone has to start somewhere, and they were doing their best. My only real complaint was that the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine was missing most of the flavors, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a decent spot for a quick bite.

40 minutes to get a burger! And it wasn’t even a rush. 3 people working, only God could know how it took them so long to slap some meat and bread together. And after all the wait, they forgot the bacon on the bacon cheeseburger. It’s in the name. Terrible terrible terrible, merry Christmas everyone

Wish I could leave a good review. But Ordered 77$ worth of food for my kids and family on the Burger King app. It was then third party picked up by DoorDash. The driver delivered a Taco Bell order. We immediately called Burger King they said contact door dash then door dash pushed us to the driver. She said well nothing I can do but go drive and get your food from the house and bring to you . Not excitable. Contacted DoorDash again they wouldn’t refund me my money or process another order either one I was fine with. Door dash said call Store manger on Tuesday they will refund you . Susan was so absolutely rude wouldn’t let me finish what I had to say. Not even gonna bother calling the number she gave me . I’ll take it as a lose . Wasn’t trying to scam them like I’m sure they are used to. Just was simply trying to have them make things right. Below is the order i received .
