Go someplace else, anywhere. Two of the three ordering screens in the Drive-Thru are broken and have been for over a month. Askef for a pretty basic sandwich and it came dripping and Mayo there were no napkins in the bag the order was missing ingredient and when my boyfriend went back in they just told him that they were out. Just skip Burger King.

Every Burger King in the city of Helen deserves serious reconsideration.
We lost both of our Hardee’s locations — which were far better restaurants — yet somehow we’re left with three Burger Kings, and every single one of them has major issues.
The Burger King on Prospect is consistently careless with orders. I’ve ordered bacon burgers there multiple times, and twice there was no bacon at all, requiring me to go back inside. The third time, there was bacon, but it was barely noticeable — ultra-thin slices and only about half a piece. That’s not acceptable.
The Burger King kitty-corner from WinCo isn’t much better. They frequently run out of basic items like apple juice and kids’ toys. I’ll say the staff themselves are generally fine, but overall the experience is about the same level of disappointment as the Prospect location.
The worst one by far is the Burger King near Carroll College on Euclid. On a Sunday between church services, we stopped in for one kids’ meal. There was only one car ahead of us, yet it took 15 minutes just to have our payment taken at the first window. This is supposed to be fast food. Waiting that long for a tiny burger and small fries makes no sense. It honestly felt like the cooks were also being forced to run the window, which is a management problem, not a customer problem.
To sum it up: poor order accuracy, missing ingredients, constant shortages, and painfully slow service across all locations. Until major changes are made, I wouldn’t recommend any Burger King in this city.

I went for lunch it wasn’t very busy in the store. I only have 30 mins. I stood in line for 10 mins the girl working drive thru never looked at me or the guy standing in front of me. I finally just left. It was the second time in a month. Why don’t you hire more people.

Quick service. Friendly staff. Our order was filled on time. This place had a kids play place which was nice to see! Food was on the warmer side, not hot hot but hot enough.

Pretty unimpressed, how hard is it to put napkins in the bag? I was just there and the workers said they don’t have small or medium cups for fries so I have to get a large. The person running this Burger King is completely incompetent, up-charging for meals to save food costs is ridiculous, weak management.

The staff was nice but this has to be the saddest burger I’ve ever seen. White and green tomato, whole 1 inch block of lettuce. Wasn’t expecting much but still, I cant imagine it was too busy to put some effort into this Burger at 1030pm

The drive-through has been consistently wonderful; Super fast and the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. I can’t say how the service inside is, as I have only ever done drive-through.

i wish i could vote zero. what in the actual hell. burger was basically a piece of coal. the chicken nuggets were as hard as a rock. the door dasher was sweet tho. the crew members doesn’t even seem like they know how to do their job correctly given they gave us burnt everything.

Ordered 3 Trio and 2 Duo deals. 9 burgers, 5 of which were “ketchup only.” All 5 had mustard. One was eaten. Took 4 back. No problem. Girl at the front was very helpful and apologetic. Stuff happens. We confirmed order said “ketchup only.” Gave her the 4 remaining burgers with mustard to dispose of. Watch the store manager (“Haley”) remake the 4 with bare, ungloved hands. Watched her handle multiple non-food items intermittently between handling our food. The other worker (I’m told she is also a manager or supervisor) do the same: handle food and non-food items concurrently. When I asked Haley if she normally makes food there with her bare hands, she rebutted by asking if I “normally get free food.” I quickly pointed out that I had paid for these burgers. She said that I had paid for burgers that supposedly were made wrong and then claimed they were wrong and never returned them, getting those and the remakes both. I stated that I had returned 4 and the front cashier worker took them. Haley said they watched the burgers be made correctly the first time. I suggested we retrieve the burgers from the trash and inspect them. She said, “Anyway, here are the 4 burgers. Do you want them or a cash refund.” I asked to speak with her boss. She said that’s “corporate, and she would not give me their info saying they would not help in this situation. Adding that I could look them up online and speak with them that way. I will, and I’ve also notified the Lewis and Clark County Licensed Establishment Team.
