Did a pick up at this location first time. The building was completely smoked out so couldn’t stay even if I wanted to. I opened my take out order bag to check and they forgot my large onion rings which they gave me but then I get home and realized my supposed to be double cheeseburger was a small little one patty cheeseburger instead. Tried calling 3 times so they could make this right and each time no one answered. I am very displeased with this service. It was not busy and no reason for the abundance of mistakes

I went to Burger King on 10th Avenue South in Great Falls Montana. Order food and the food was terrible. I had ordered the friary nuggets and they were greased balls. I have pictures of all of it. Do I have a picture of that the middle of the meat is missing? What happened to? I didn’t know why the service has been for like It’s been like this every time I’ve visited this Establishment

One of the WORST drive through experiences I’ve ever had. Long slow moving line, then a 5 minute wait to place an order at the speaker. Another 10 minutes to get to the window where the server was unpleasant and obviously had not washed their shirt in a long time. Fries were cold and cooked in obviously old oil, chicken sandwiches did not have any mayonnaise, and the bread was moldy. While getting a refund overheard other workers saying that there other people who had moldy bread too. I’ll never come here again and will warn as many other people as I can about this Burger King.

Horrible. We order a plain whopper..I checked before leaving the drive through. Or so I thought. Got home and the burger had mayonnaise which had been scraped off. Went back got a plain whopper with cheese. Only to find out mine was made incorrect as well! No cheese and no mayo or ketchup. Ugh!! I AM NOT going back again

Ordered thru DoorDash (ref door dash #74) and the condiments for the Cini minis were missing – AGAIN. Not the first time. Called the restaurant and they said I would have to come get the missing items but am confined to a local assisted living facility. Else I would have to reorder and pay for delivery

Got $35 worth of food. Drove home and my bun on my burger was charred black. Like not just a little. Called to complain, which they would have said come get a different one. Not worth my time and effort or gas. Do better please. And if you’re gonna “make it right” with the customer. Atleast make it worth it.

I only went because my child begged me. ZERO STARS terrible FEMALE MANAGER/w/long dark hair. STAY AWAY SEE PICS OF Whopper w/cheese PLAIN- got BURNT BUN, w tons of toppings & an unapologetic & odd service from MANAGER!? Girl taking order was sweet, but, I didn’t get my receipt. Weird everytime…just want a burger, how hard it that??? I don’t trust the staff here.

Honestly, to the people working at this, Burger King. You guys are legitimately awesome. Unfortunately, their terminal went down and I was unable to pay by a card, however they just gave me the food for free and honestly to the employees working there. I want to say thank you. You guys are honestly awesome especially as an American returning from living in Canada after 6 years it makes me feel good to be back home in the United States. I hope you guys get more business. I will certainly be going back to this location whenever I visit Montana or even Great Falls.

The business has a derelict appearance.
The big “Burger King” signboard on the roadside was badly damaged.
Extremely poor service. The black cashier was repeatedly yawning while he served us.
Food quality was very bad. No food item was found fresh/hot.
Their service/food quality could be a reason for a non existing customer environment.
Unfortunately, it was my first experience and at the same time last experience to be there.
I visited a few businesses in this area and almost all of them had sub-standard (local) workers who had no knowledge about good customer service and this business was on top of the list in bad service.
Of course, I would never stop at this run-down location again.
