We stopped in here quick for dinner and a rest room break. There was like only four employees, but everything was impressively fast and fresh (the restaurant seemed fairly busy also). We ordered quite a bit of food and it was very reasonably priced. Plus there’s still a play area with a curly slide for kids, and vegetarian options. We will definitely be back.

We had a group of 4 people and we spent $53.96 for very poor service. First the ice cream machine was down, we understand that happens. We went to the tables, they were all messy and disgusting. The garbage can was overflowing and the floor looks like it has not been mopped and swept in days. I almost slip because the floor was wet, and I was on a crutch so would have really hurt me if I fell. When we asked to wash the table, he was rude and said there was only 2 on duty when there was three people in back, two in front. Also two employees outside talking to someone in a car. When he did wipe the table he started at others and not the one we wanted to sit at. Dripping the cleaning water all over the floor. When I ask for ketchup I was informed they were out and did not receive any in the truck. Didn’t even offer to give me some in the back. Then while looking back there, a woman was wearing a hoodie blanket and wearing nothing to cover her head. Do you know how unsanitary hoodie blankets are in the kitchen? Also on one of the sandwiches we asked for no tomatoe, no onion, and no pickle. They gave her instead of the whopper, no ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise. Just a regular cheeseburgers. We also paid for large fries and they gave us all mediums. I would not be going back to this establishment. If there was a way to not give any stars, I wouldn’t give one. The star was being forced, if not you would not even get that.

Went through the drive thru, only customers there after 10pm. The lobby was closed. They asked us to pull around to the front and would bring us our food. After 13 minutes, we drove back through and asked what was up. She said “oh shoot, pull to the window” how do you forget your only customer!! Food was luke warm. She did give us some cookies so there’s that.

That was already in the lobby and the lady she didn’t want to take care of his order because the lobby was close but he was already on the lobby so it just was just simple, sir. I’m gonna get your order once you get your order please. I would like to exit the lobby and have a nice day that’s it but no, she wanted to not take the order but whatever

Dirty! The onion rings were cold, the tables all dirty and the bathrooms, well let’s just say not good. We were the only ones inside. When we pulled up everyone was outside smoking so I know they weren’t slammed. There were plenty of employees inside so didn’t appear to be short handed. The cashier was friendly though.

All 3 Whopper Jrs like this and they didn’t even tell us ahead of time…I mean hey I understand when running out of buns or something but at least say something we might even have ordered something else or at least expected a discount because really . Full charge me for 3 meals of this?? Really…big surprise the patties were cold. I will be calling the manager and honestly will be SUPER surprised if they care.

Everything was burnt, dry, over cooked, and to tough to chew. The cheese in the cheese sticks were brown and leathery. I drive for a living and don’t have time to turn around and get it fixed. I shouldn’t have to. It’s like they cooked the food several hours ago.

Food is never hot when you get it and the fries are hard. I have been there a few time and the orders always get mixed up when I’m in the drive thru along with dirty tables constantly and dead Flys on the floor. Play area has old ketchup smeared in the play area, 8 people working you think the establishment would be a little cleaner or the owner would care a little more.
