We will not be frequenting this Burger King. Always understaffed. New person at the counter/drive thru. I don’t blame the staff, they did the best they could with only two people working. Management and owners need to regroup and get it figured out.

The employees are great. No complaints there. The complaint is with the fact that the burgers are half the size but the price went up about 30%. Thats a huge problem. The whopper jrs are smaller than a McDonald’s cheeseburger now. It’s not worth the money.

Don’t go here waited 20 minutes to get my food only for it to be cold. Old a** fries. If you don’t want to work then don’t. You want your food fresh and hot. Why not make other fresh and hot.

I couldn’t believe my eyes, this Burger King actually exists. After going through a worm hole I found the Grand Forks in an alternate universe. That actually had a Main Street and now had another Burger King. Better than the Original Burger Kings. And the two that no longer exists. Nice to know this Grand Forks in the parallel universe has mountains.

I ordered a whopper with cheese, mozzarella sticks, cheeseburgers, and a half and half fries/onion rings. Not one of the burgers had flame broiled marks on it and definitely did not taste flame broiled!!!! They were just grey colored. Very disappointing!! I ended up with really dried out chicken fries and not one mozzarella stick. I did get the marinara sauce tho…. The FF were under cooked and the onion rings were hard. Nothing was even warm…. Let alone HOT!!! The way it should be… I will never eat at BK again. I deleted my BK app.

Worst place in Bismarck/Mandan.
I stopped going there for a bit, but needed a quick lunch. So I pulled up and waited for nearly 30 minutes before even being acknowledged. I only waited that long because I was stuck between vehicles.
When I tried to order. They didn’t even know what a Bacon King was and when I finally had a chance to pull away I did.
This place sucks. Corporate should yank the franchise.

If I could give it a zero I would. The amount of attitude from the workers was completely unprofessional. We went through the drive thru and needed more time to decide on our order, when I started to order the lady said “oh are you ready now” and proceeded to be very snotty and rude. When we were getting our food the guy was throwing our things in the bags and had the most awful attitude. Not to mention there was hair on my child’s burger and they forgot to give us one of our drinks so I told them and they still gave us the wrong drink. We will definitely not be returning.

It is not fast food. Takes 10 min just to order in the drive threw and if some how they take your order. You better be ready to wait another 20 minutes for your food. We are now 30 minutes into this ride and you are praying they got your order correct . And they didn’t. If you want fast food go somewhere else.

When I ordered our food, part of my order was not even put into the machine or charged to me so we never received it. Once we received our food, all of the fried items (chicken nuggets and jalapeno cheddar bites) were so old they were extremely dark brown (not burnt, just obviously old fried food) and the kids would not take more than a single bite. This trip was, unfortunately, a huge waste of money. I would recommend ALWAYS asking for your food to be made fresh when ordering from here.
