Nothing really wrong with this place. Staff were nice enough, food was good enough, the building was clean enough. The play area is greatly appreciated by families with kids. My one complaint is the service is a bit slow, but staff were still friendly enough.

The stars are for the positive customer experience I had today. I was late getting off work and was picking up a mobile order, and they replaced the fries for me so I could have fresh fries without me asking or mentioning it at all. It was my fault and they made it better for me. You don’t get that at every fast food place. My burger was also fresh, which again doesn’t always happen at these places.

Not only did we have to wait nearly 10 minutes before we could order at almost 3pm…but then we waited an additional 10-15 minutes to get our stuff which included 2 happy meals and a #8.

The stars are for the young lady at the register and the manager, they each deserve 5. And the food was good. There is a screaming banshee that works there. Seriously, I’m not being dramatic lol… it was really awkward and uncomfortable just being a customer there. She was working the drive thru and screaming at the other employees so loud that our cashier rang in the wrong sandwich. Not her fault… she couldn’t hear my order over the heavy-set banshee in her 50’s (describing because I don’t have her name… visitors beware, I got to witness that she is as equally rude to customers, and attempted with me). As I stood there waiting for my new sandwich, she put her hands on the low counter and landed toward me and asked “what do you want?” in an irritated bully-like tone. I replied “nothing from you, you’ve done enough” and laughed. When the woman next to me giggled, the banshee slumped away. Our cashier and the manager handled the remake on my order very well, professional, and kind. It’s sad for them to feel they need to apologize their co-worker/employee.

Stopped by Burger king this morning. Pulled up to drive-thru window and the lady asks, “OMG, are you driving a Brera?” I nod in response. She begins jumping with joy and says, “OMFG it’s a freaking Brera! John, look! He’s driving a Brera! You can speak Italian right?!” I proceed to say spaghetti and rev the engine through the 4 exhausts to spur further joy. She exclaims, “Oh my gossshhhh, oh my gosh! I’m so sorry I’m freaking out! Here’s your whopper have a great day!”

I was traveling and decided to grab a burger,,,walked in and saw they wanted $12 for a burger and fries. $12. I don’t eat fast food very often,,,but this just convinced me to NEVER eat fast food again. So I went to a local market deli and stocked my cooler with cold cuts and bread. Back on the road again. It’s how it’s going to be from now on.

Typical Burger King. Parking and entrance were funky for dine-in, designed for drivethru. Fries were way too salty – almost inedible. Pop was diluted – tried many flavor, all bleh.
