Walked over to grab breakfast at 8am on a Thursday. No one was inside the building and there was 1 car in the drive thru. 3 employees where working, 1 of which was cleaning the deep fryer, leaving 2 ladies to take & make the orders. The food took a surprisingly long time to get completed.
That being said, this BK has a play place and it looks absolutely fantastic!! I have a 4, 6, & 8 year old and even my 8 year old would love hanging out here. If you’re in the area, a kids bday party here would be an automatic parenting win! (Especially if you added a hotel stay right next door). The play play was super clean and there was lots of tables in the separate play area! 10/10 would recommend if you have kiddos, just be aware that the food might take a hot minute to arrive.

We went to there this morning because we drove in from Rugby for doctor appointments. There were two ladies were working. They were super kind and welcoming. The food tastes super good and hot and best quality I have ever had from a Burger King . The place was clean and well kept.

Came here because i didnt feel like cooking, there was quite a line, its 11:30pm, with only 2 workers, i just have to say these men were amazing, had great customer service & kept apologizing because the wait would be long, but was understandable, 2 workers & both lines were long to the enter sign down the road. I just want it to be known these guys need a raise or something, they are open till 2am, & they are handling it very very well. The food was great as well, with all the orders & people, our order came with everything,well packaged & hot!! Thank you to the 2 dudes working hard!!! June 22 2025

For sure would not consider this particular Burger King fast food. It took forever in the drive through and when we finally made it to the window they took our money and said we needed to pull around front as the food was not ready. I believe every car in the drive through ended up pulling back around to wait even longer. The people were friendly working, just have time on your hands if you stop here.

The service was bad. We had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru before we could order when the lobby was closed. Then we had to ask multiple times for the items we ordered after they got it wrong. Pretty sloppy. The food tasted good though.

I waited at the drive thru for 20 minutes with no one there in drive thru. Ordered honey mustard, paid for it and didn’t get it. Food is barley warm. Very disappointing, I probably will never go back to devils lake nd, burger king

So, a few months ago on Netflix; my son constantly watched Zootopia. I from numerous times watching it, always got a chuckle from one character, the super slow DMV Sloth named “Flash.” I bring this up, because the staff as a whole, are acting as though that they are in a reenactment of that Sloth. Along with being very slow (I kid you not, slow motion-slow), the staff can be overheard laughing, swearing and complaining about how bad the food is there. Cleanliness is not a priority here either, my son called it at one point “Dirty King.” This place has really gone downhill since opening.

45 minutes just to take my order. Only car in the drive through when I got there. I watched at least 6 cars leave by the time I got my food. A sit down restaurant would have been faster.

Since my last review, the food is definitely way better! We were here for our neighbors little man’s birthday and we all ate and there weren’t any leftovers. The play area was clean as well and all of the kiddos had a blast! The service was great and the food came quick! However, we placed our order through the app and it was for dine in, so we stood at the counter waiting for it and they told us our order was a DoorDash? They had to ask us multiple times if it was ours and eventually had to take everything out of the bag and place it on trays. The music they are playing through the speakers is definitely NOT CHILD FRIENDLY. Music is basically ADULT CONTENT ONLY, containing swearing and talking about Intimate things….. sitting here listening to it while I write this review. The one soda machine on the right sprays all over when you try to use it as well so watch out! Overall this place has definitely gotten better and I look forward to coming here so the boys can eat and have fun at the same time! The employees were friendly and I don’t think they are controlling the music because it sounds like it’s playing XM RADIO. Thank you for giving us a good experience! We look forward to coming back!
