Something has changed for the better. When I first started coming through the area about 4 years ago for work, I tried this location once or twice and told myself I wouldn’t come back. HOWEVER, things have changed. Not only has the food been hot and fresh every time but the location itself is almost always clean and inviting. Most staff members I’ve talked to have been polite and happy to serve you. Parking lot is clean every time I come through.

Monday January 30th 2023, I was traveling from Bismarck to pick up a puppy. We were hungry and decided to stop here to eat. The lady took our order and told us to pull up. In that time, the puppy we just got started having a seizure. I sat at the 1st window for quite some time and nobody was there. I thought perhaps with all the commotion of our situation, I heard wrong. So I pulled up to the second window. I then saw a worker inside flagging for me to go back to the 1st window, but there were already cars behind me and I couldn’t reverse. When I pulled up to the window, I held my card out. I was going to apologize, but before I could even speak, the young lady snatched my card from my hands and yelled, “I said 1st window!” Then slammed the window and walked away with my card. Had I known this were going to occur, I would have canceled my order and left. She came back with my card and I told her I was sorry, I thought maybe I heard wrong since I sat there so long and nobody came. She again angrily and rudly told me, “yeah well there are only 3 workers here so it takes awhile!” Before I could speak again, she told me to pull up front and slammed the door again. I was fuming over the complete disrespect and treatment. What is going on anymore? I suggest employers get these employees whipped back into shape. This behavior is becoming far to common and it is going to eventually destroy your businesses. Uncalled for!

Came here to get a quick bite to eat. Waited in drive thru. Guy comes to speaker can you give me a few minutes? Said yes. He came back 10min later. Then went to pay took guy another 15min to take our money. We were the only ones in line and no cars in parking lot. Finally her came to window. He didn’t offer no drink holder had to ask. Then he asked if we can pull upfront. But before this a car pulled up to second window they were having a conversation. Pulled up to front and whoever was in vehicle was inside store. They all looked like they were on one! I’ll never return..

Sat at the speaker for close to 6 minutes before being acknowledged and being told that they would be with me shortly. After 3 more minutes I was finally able to place my order. I could understand if there was a line but there were 2 cars ahead of me and the parking lot was almost empty. That being said, the food itself was good.

So, a few months ago on Netflix; my son constantly watched Zootopia. I from numerous times watching it, always got a chuckle from one character, the super slow DMV Sloth named “Flash.” I bring this up, because the staff as a whole, are acting as though that they are in a reenactment of that Sloth. Along with being very slow (I kid you not, slow motion-slow), the staff can be overheard laughing, swearing and complaining about how bad the food is there. Cleanliness is not a priority here either, my son called it at one point “Dirty King.” This place has really gone downhill since opening.

Went here last night for dinner and there was literally a bus full of kids. Slammed packed only 3 guys working. Still got the best whopper I’ve ever had from any Burger King. It looked exactly like the picture. Good job guys Nice to see some ppl still take pride in whatever they do.
