We have had SO many problems with this restaurant. They often get our orders wrong, tell us they will send out coupons and we never receive any .
Tonight was our final time. We will NEVER be ordering from them again. The food was cold the fries were obviously reheated in to rubber . I’ve never been so disappointed with food than I was tonight. And once AGAIN forgot our food (8 piece nugget)
You’ve lost a customer that has eaten there for many years. Maybe not weekly , but most generally always a mistake was made.

I eat at this location on the regular since 2022. I order the same Everytime! Luckily, tonights experience was on To/go status. Damm $28 for 2 meals and nothing was right! Your night shift literally (non-verbally). Don’t come back! Heard. No worries. You lost a regular. Moving forward, Your rebuttals will mean absolutely mean nothing. We are done.

But, I’m sorry. I hope to save ppl money and time, by not eating here. I normally LOVE Burger King. So this shudda been an easy rating.
But you could not hear the order taker. You could not get 2-way comm. And, drink was watery with no ice. The burger was cold. Small. Sour lettuce. Squishy tomato. Dry bun. Not even fries, were edible.
It’s no wonder the line was wrapped around the local McDonald’s instead. Two lots over.
Sorry. This was awful. And I won’t go back. Good thing Taco Bell is decent. And McDonald’s.
Frankly, they aren’t great, but better. 3-5, dep on day/shift) …granted these are usu high turnover places, w low pay.

My Grandpa Pursley said, There’s no good excuse, for bad manners. And there’s no excuse, for any restaurant to put out bad food. Bc it’s not just their rep, on the line, it’s ppls health, safety, etc.

they’re good in Chicago Loop area. And Schaumburg, Illinois. Even Springfield, Mo. Before that.
Most of the Burger King chain down South in Charlotte area, great!! Near Hamlet. My childhood Home Town. (Along w Cheyenne area bc born/ raised on FE Warren AFB, too)

Our recent visit to Burger King was very disappointing. Our total came to $69.17, and we tried to pay with a $100 bill. The staff told us they couldn’t give us change, so we had to drive a few blocks away to a Walgreens just to break the bill. That alone was frustrating.
On top of that, when we got our order, we noticed we were missing fries. We had paid for large meals, but they were out of large cups and gave us smaller ones—without any discount or even an apology. We didn’t complain at the time, but we definitely should have. The service overall was very poor, and there seemed to be little concern for the customer experience.
We hope management takes steps to improve, because this was unacceptable.
