I purchased an order thru drive thru a couple weeks ago I asked for no salt on my fries I received salt on both orders of my fries I called back immediately when I seen salt on my fries no one didn’t answer I called the day early morning hours no one still didn’t answer I went inside my local burger king just moments ago and I talked to one of the managers I showed him pictures and I discussed with him I thought I wouldve gotten a better response or better customer service why be a manager when your customer service supposed to be 5 start and beyond but yet his customer service was at a 1 star I am big on customer service.i asked a team member for corporate number so I can asked them personally “why doesn’t your store answer the phone during store hours and why don’t you’re store have multiple phones in the store??”

They were busy when I got there one other person ahead of me.In line to order food, we stood there forever.Only one person knew how to run the cash register and he was doing drive through so I can’t blame him.He was doing a good job, but nobody else would help us get our orders in so I left there was no, I’ll be right with you. They seen us standing there and completely ignored us. But the guy in front of me finally got his order in and I was still ignored.

I ordered a whopper with no lettuce and a large order of onion rings.I got a cold whopper with lettuce and a small order of onion rings that were very mushy.And greasy tasting They had to been sitting there for at least over 8 hours plus I tried calling them 56 different times but no one would answer the phone. The employees just don’t care. And that is not saying much for the manager as well, apparently. They don’t care either. Ordered two of the monster bundles. First not welcoming at all. Secondly the ice cream is supposed to be made with something purple, they left that out and did not even explain why. Did not give our second jack o latern whopper. lastly chicken fries are rock hard like not even edible. Highly disappointed and I feel like they were just being lazy. The job is not that hard, trust me I work in food service.

I don’t eat fast food very often but when I do, I like it without mustard. Whoever started this idiotic trend, needs to be drawn and quartered. There are people who don’t like mustard in this world. It should be an option. Not a requirement for me to order it without.

I’m Writing This after Lobby close, Because me and my party of 11 people were Rudely and forcefully told that Lobby was Close at 9:15 pm Tonight By the On Duty Manager, But Clear States on the Door, The App, and Google that Lobby was open until 10pm and there were people getting food, and eating inside the restaurant. As a Former manager of A BK myself, I Understand not being ready, being understaffed all it, but this was unacceptable behavior of Management. When Mitchell was Open, we rolled with the punches. Will we eat here again maybe not if this is how your management treats your customers, and I can ensure you that I won’t be the only complaint you will see about this, Bec I’m pretty sure there is plenty of dart players and my family filling this out. Because that was ridiculous, thank you and have a good night,

Very disgusting place, bugs crawling around, loads of flies, and fries burnt and soggy. Windows dirty, tables dirty I’d very much rather eat off my own bathroom toilet before I ate here. The floor is falling apart.

Ima be honest they gave us half of a burger bun for a replace of the chicken sandwich one, ( that long bun ) and they should of just told us they ran out of that bread instead of giving it like that so I was kinda disappointed besides that the food was amazing
