I feel bad writing this because I’ve had amazing experiences here during the day. Lunch rush and I’m getting my steaming hot food in less than 5 minutes. But the kids that work the night shift absolutely suck. They don’t say a word besides the total and they stand at the window on their phone. Now that wouldn’t be an issue if the food was good but the fact that the few times I’ve come in at night, the fries are always ice cold and the burgers are lukewarm at best. It’s not like I’m coming in right before close either, it’s been 9 o clock at the very latest. Extremely disappointing when a place that is very obviously run incredibly well during the day has night time employees that don’t care.

The lady at the drive through window was absolutely rude. Was super snappy and just didn’t sound like she wanted to take my order at all like she was crabby or something. Made me feel like I did something wrong.

They get the food done but I have had several instances where the service was not good. I understand it’s a fast food place and that some grace is needed but they were very rude to my wife who is hearing impaired. She was picking up an order and could not hear them so she said she was hearing impaired and drove to the window. As she drove up she could tell and read their lips that they were being rude towards her and making fun of her. Outside of the service that needs some major improvement there has been a few ordering issues where what they said they had available they didn’t.

I generally order the Whopper or Whopper Junior. The hamburgers are always taste and the lettuce, tomato, and onion are always fresh. The sauce is tasty and doesn’t overpower the sandwich. The fries, shakes, and pies are also very good tasting.

Google says they’re open at 5:30, employee comes out and tells me they’re not open till 6:00. I wait til 6 and they have no coffee. Customer service was trash, treated like I was a huge inconvenience. Never going back to BK again

Missing items from the order, drinks were 99% ice, food that was received was room temperature at best, chicken fries were dry like boot leather. Night shift employees here honestly don’t care at all while likely thinking they should be paid more while doing poor job. TLDR: avoid this place after 5pm.

Decided to stop and grab the steakhouse whopper on march 20th, Hands down best burger King I’ve ever had, customer service was a1 definitely the most comfortable I’ve ever been eating at burger King, would highly recommend this location and who ever was working the windows around 410pm on March 20th deserves a raise.

This is by far the worst BK in Sufu. My family lives close by and we keep giving them second chances. I am not sure why. The food is always cold right out of the bag. Don’t even think about trying to drive home the 4 blocks and expect the food to still be at least warm, let alone hot! HA HA. Then you have to hope you get everything you payed for!! 3 out of 5 times we are missing something. Its consistently terrible i cant even believe it. It truly is embarrassing for the BK owner in town. Spend your money elsewhere. You have been warned!!
