My grandmother could have filled our order faster and she’s dead. It took them 15 minutes to take the food out of the warmer that is evidently broken because every item was ice cold. The lobby was also flooding. I’m unsure what the 7 employees were there for because no one was doing anything.

Kind of Fast food, we have a big family so it’s a huge order every time we go, they do a pretty good job at making sure everything is in the bag when they bring it out. Spicy chicken is what the wife gets and I get the bacon KING! Only been there once walk in where they were scrambling and getting frustrated. But overall pretty good, thumbs up from this guy.

I’ve heard some ppl complain about certain things from this bk but so far with my experiences here, I can’t agree with them. I’m always able to enjoy my meals, take in the atmosphere and can stop in at the cenix and grab some things if needed. I’d definitely recommend this bk if that’s what you’re craving. My favorite is the original chicken sandwich with cheese.

This was by far the worst fast food place I have ever been.
We placed order and waited 25 min standing inside, without or drinks she goes to hand me a bag stuffed to the top with our food. I went to grab it and it busted open. All our food falls to the floor. I was I said id like my money back I dont have time for more food. She disappeared. I left so they 30 bucks off me for free. Very very upset.

The owner of this facility should be ashamed of their service. You never receive you food faster than 20 minutes. It’s a shame to waist your entire lunch waiting for your food to arrive.

We visited this location a few weeks ago. The staff ignored us when we walked to the counter so we ordered at the kiosk. We placed our order and watched in horror as an employee with an injured arm swated flies with an electric fly swater in the food prep area. Another employee told her to stop and get back to work but she came back with inappropriate language. We waited for more than 20 minutes for our order. The only reason we waited was because we had been on the road all day and there is not a lot of places for I quick bite in town. Good luck.

BK has always been my least favorite place to eat but we gave it a chance a few months ago amd it was so much better so we tried again and we got great service, great food, fast and accurate and very clean inside. We could tell there was new management taking it seriously and the crew seems to be competentand friendly. We had it a few days ago and they keep getting better. I give 5 stars for a total 180 from top to bottom.

I had a free fry coming, they put it in my bag, but I had made a mistake on my app when ordering so I had to redo it. I believe you can only have one free fry per day so it wouldn’t give me the free fry the second time so the manager said I’ll have to pull that out of your bag even though she knew I was eligible for that free fry. I want to make it clear who that manager was, I was there on July 29th approximately 1:30 p.m.. She took that fry and I believe through it in the garbage, if not did it go back in with the regular french fries? That’s a health concern. What kind of a manger is that? Who ever owns this restaurant better wake up and get decent people. If I had been the manager I would have said, don’t worry about it we appreciate your business, have a nice day. What a dump this place is.
