Went to Moorhead Burger King about 11 a.m. March 4th. Went to drive thru. Drive thru attendant was slow and I had to repeat my order 3 times. I ordered 7 dollar trio onion rings. Attendant said he couldn’t do it. Then he said he could. Then again said he couldn’t. I’ve been going there for quite a while and they’ve always subbed onion rings for fries. Called another Burger King and they said they sub onion rings for fries. I am not going to the Moorhead Burger King anymore. They need to hire more competent employees.

The manager was incredibly rude and immature. I arrived at 10:32, breakfast ends at 10:30. I asked if my chance they still had breakfast and the voice over the intercom said, with a voice dripping with contempt, “what does the sign say” I was shocked to say the least. The another employee intervened and said “sorry sir. We are serving lunch now” I ordered a couple sandwiches and at the window I asked who was that speaking first, he said it was the manager. I ask her name and he would not tell me but the manager looked at me then the employee as if to intimidate him into not saying anything. They were not busy, I was the only car in the drive through. I will never go to this burger king again. I reached out to their to them and asked to hear back, they never contacted me. Do they care that I had such a bad experience that I want to avoid burger king? Not sure

Terrible location! That’s the first part. The food is not great here either. Soggy fries, and Luke warm burgers. Ughhhhh. Also their is a smell or an odor to the building thay just doesn’t sit right in my opinion. Definitely a place to pass on.

Overall, we had a horrible experience at this Burger King from start to finish. The cashier guy and one of the female staff members were extremely rude and unprofessional. We received the wrong orders, poor service, and badly prepared food. In fact, the food was made so poorly that one of my daughters actually got sick after eating it. We will never return to this BK , and I strongly recommend that others to avoid it at all costs.

I will admit, when my track team stopped in this general area, I was scared to go here due to my horrible experience with the BK closest to me. However, this one is certainly better.
First off, I actually got my order. One of my complaints with my closest one is that I never got (and still don’t in 2025, my closest location review is dated 2022) my order. However, I got my order this time.
Next, the people are good. From when I was there, I was respected and I appreciated the kindness and outgoing people were when I started my usual conversations with people.
Next is the quality. Burger King is VERY inconsistent location wise. Some are good/serviceable, and others are simply trash bags. But this one is one of the good/serviceable ones.
Overall a good experience. While I don’t love BK, this one was a good/serviceable experience.

Its okay. Dont go into drive thru if u wanna wait more then 10+ minutes on cold food. I’d be fine waiting if they communicated to me, but barley any communication and the employees seem to not wanna be there
