It was literally 2 in the afternoon and only one car was infront of me. They made me wait 5 minutes before I could order, the. Another 7 at the window after paying them i was asked to pull forward. I asked how long it would be and they said another 6 minutes. When i pulled around, the car infront of me was STILL waiting for their food. Their order was $26 so they didn’t even order much. Get your staff properly trained to handle a “rush” of 3 total cars.

1 car in the drive thru ahead of us and we sat there for 25 minutes and left. This is going to be the next fast food restaurant to close. What a joke. Never going there again to risk an hr experience to get “fast food” update 08/23/23 same experience. Just go through the reviews for the location and it’s constant complaint about wait time. Not one apology to a customer from the owner or anybody for that matter. I’ve went in this location to avoid the 30 minute drive thru experience to find the manager and employees worries more about their social life than getting food out the damn door. Who ever owns this store, tell your significant other you suck at running a business and you’re going g to close the doors

They let me pay for my meal for pick up then locked all the doors so you can’t get in. All the cars in drive thru didn’t get acknowledged and we all sat there without any knowledge of anything. I was hoping to walk through the drive-thru and pick up my order but they literally didn’t acknowledge any of us. Next time don’t let me pay for my food if your not gonna give it to us.

Went through drive up today before 10:30 am, went to get a breakfast sandwich, by the time we got to order our food,they changed their menu board in front of us and we were told that they were out of eggs , so I ordered 2 whopper juniors and when I got home to eat them, I had sausage patties instead of hamburger,

I do doordash. On Monday 6/26 I attempted to do an order from here at 6pm at night. After sitting at the speaker at the drive thru for a bit I was informed that there was only one person working, and they wouldn’t be open until 6:30pm.

Yeah if you could just go ahead and close this one too since apparently closing the other one to better staff this one didn’t work since the lobby still isn’t open apparently which is fine I’ll go eat elsewhere like subway that’s always got an open lobby . Maybe the car wash they open on the site of this old store will actually have an open lobby and serve people food that would be nice
