Went to order chicken fries the cook in the back had flipped out because he had to make chicken fries when it closes at 11 pm and I made the order at 7pm the staff name of Mike the cook he’s was bashing thing around in the back when I simply ordered chicken fries the other staff are very respectful but the issue it was very unprofessional and i highly suggest don’t order chicken fries at 7pm because negativity over 40 dollars worth of meals i hope that no ones has to feel very disrespected for just order food it’s there job.

The cook who is on the closing shift has a foul mouth and doesn’t do anything to hide it. The shift lead let’s him get away with it.

Tried to get lunch here on my 30 min break, that was a big fail. Sat in the drive through while it took 20 mins for 3 cars to order. My break was effectively over and I hadn’t ordered yet. Turned around. At least I didn’t even get to the point where I had to pay. 20 mins for 3 cars is ridiculous.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a Southwestern whopper, which was a whopper by no means. It was about the same size as the palm of my hand. Also a spicy hand breaded chicken sandwich. Took all of maybe 2 minutes to get. Last time I had the chicken sandwich it took like 10 minutes if not longer to make. So not freshly made this time. My problem was with the whopper. I was already home when I started eating it. Tasted good. Got down to the last bite and there it was. A piece of a sticker hanging out of my burger. Only good part of that was when I looked, all of the sticker was still there. Won’t be going back there again or probably to any Burger King ever again.

I went in to wait on a door dash order to be made and not a single employee was not wearing any form of gloves or hand protection while handling food raw or cooked, EVERYTIME I was in their for a order! That is not acceptable or okay!!!! Me and my family will not be giving service to a place that can’t understand the importance of having some sort of protection for the hands

I walked in to order and the chick walked away from counter after taking the person in front of me order, then the guy just stared at me while making coffee… When I finally got to order the guy seemed like he had better things to do then take my order, he couldn’t even give me my slip, then it took them 25mins to give me my order which was six things ….. The burgers tasted funny and the fries were like warm. Chicken sandwich seemed like the mayo wasn’t good…. Never going back

This has to be the best Burger King we have ever stopped at. Everything was sparkling clean, the staff was friendly despite the fact it was 6:40 a.m., and the food was good! (You could tell the fryer was clean and had fresh oil). This was also the first Burger King we went to that had a small room for gathering and lounge chairs for people to sit. A handful of “regulars” came through while we were there and each were greeted by their name. Burger King is so underrated and it’s nice to see a few that are still open for business as most of them around us are closed. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

Terrible service & we didn’t get what we ordered & the manager argued with me when I simply called about not getting what we ordered. The person taking the order specifically asked if we wanted cheese on the whopper we ordered, which we said yes. There was no cheese on the whopper. We ordered onion rings & there were no onion rings in the order. Horrible experience & the food that we did get wasn’t that good. If I could rate it 0 out of 5, i would.
