We had a children’s party with fifteen children and purchased fifteen kids’ meals. The food was prepared in a timely manner and the staff brought the meals out to the play area for us. Staff was friendly and professional. The children had a great time! One of the best, most cost-efficient parties we have thrown.

Today is the Re-Grand opening. The only thing that’s changed is the play area and the booths/tables. The place is dirty! Garbage on the floors and tables haven’t been wiped down, probably all day. The womens bathroom has no paper towels either. A door dasher came in and commented on how dirty the lobby was and a staff member said “you used to work here, why don’t you clean it? The food was fair but with crappy customer service we won’t be back.

My sister her kids and I came to Burger King in the drive thru and this employee taking our order wouldn’t even give us a chance to read the menu he kept rushing us and continuously saying “WHAT ELSE” each time we spoke to tell him what we were ordering I from experience as an employee that worked at a different burger king located else where know we are not allowed to rush any customers when deciding what they want to eat whether it’s drive thru or dine in from our experience we are not impressed with the employees located here

Up until these past few years I used to enjoy going to the Sauk Rapids Burger King. It was once a great place. Food was always good. Place was clean . Employees were professional and wore clean uniforms. Now I see that uniforms are no longer required. Loud yelling and sometimes singing employees and obnoxious rap music blasting. Wow! It’s like visiting the zoo with all of animal noises coming from behind the counter. Makes customers cringe. Unkept appearance. I noticed one employee in particular that would never even change his pants. Makes one wonder about personal hygiene. Do they even wash their hands? Food is sloppy and carelessly prepared with employees on their phones instead of cleaning up and acting like adults. If they don’t want to work then get rid of them. Where in the hell do you get these employees? Are these fast food places that desperate for employees? Add the outrageous prices and it’s enough to turn anyone off. The Sartell location is no better. At least the McDonalds off hwy 15 tries to keep up an a decent image. It’s gotten so bad I can’t stomach another visit. It seems that all of these fast food places have gone terribly down hill. Awful! When Angie was manager at the Sauk Rapids location at least there was some degree of cleanliness and order in the restaurant. If they can’t get their employees in line then it’s time to shut down these locations. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behavior. Gross! You need good and responsible managers! After more than 30 years I for one will not be returning. Want a good hamburger? Stay home and make it yourself. The whole corporation desperately needs a complete overhaul including its employees. When I was a teenager I worked for Perkins. None of this crap would have been tolerated then.

It’s a Burger King…… Fast food … Busy spot, but dirty and you can tell they don’t clean very well. Garbage all over behind the till and cooking area on the ground. The doors don’t look like they have been washed for weeks and the door to the play area definitely hasn’t been washed for weeks. Flies also in the play area. I walked in and an African American male staff that was working by the drive through was arguing with a customer that was standing by the till in front because the customer wasn’t satisfied with the order and wanted her money back. The whole pop area was soaked with pop and ice every where also. You can tell that this spot the staff don’t like cleaning thoroughly anyway.

This location has been awful lately. Today we ordered on the app and they had us pull around to wait for our food (not a big deal). We got home and discovered they forgot the onion ring sauces, the chicken fries tasted old and my husbands whopper tasted off. He literally wanted to throw up after taking a bite. He’s had whoppers before and they’ve never made him feel sick. We come to this location due to it being convenient but this may be the last time we eat here. The sauce you get with the onion rings are what make them really good and without the sauce its just not worth the price. Plus they make you pay for additional sauces but yet they rarely remember the ones that come with it.

I am writing to report a serious issue that occurred after my recent visit to the Burger King location in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota.
After eating there, both my wife and I became very sick with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. Within hours of our meal, we experienced nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain that lasted well into the following day. We are certain this location was the cause, as it was the only shared meal we had that day.
This experience was not only unpleasant but deeply concerning. We’ve always considered Burger King a reliable choice, but this incident has shaken our trust in the brand.
I strongly urge you to investigate this location to ensure that proper food safety and handling protocols are being followed. No one should have to suffer through this after eating at a fast food restaurant.
