Rude workers, slow service, cold food. I placed a mobile order. Waited in the drive thru line for 28 minutes for 4 people ahead of me to be served. I got to the window and the worker said “here’s your food Stuart Little” (my name is Stuart) and laughed. All my food was cold. They clearly made it 28 minutes earlier when I placed the order. Will not return to this BK.

Service has gone so downhill here. I recently went there where it took 30 minutes to get my food, and the order was still wrong. For some reason they go out of order with their orders and can’t keep straight what burger is what. So frustrating!

I know we are all struggling with help but when you have a manager helping and you are ignored at the counter as she does other things is very rude. Then when I was sitting and eating my food a friend of hers came in and she jump right to talk to him and stepped out. Rude workers, very slow and the table was dirty.

I had a horrible experience at this Burger King. The staff was rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. I waited far too long for my order, and when I finally got my food, it was cold and completely wrong. When I tried to get it corrected, the employees acted like it was my fault and were extremely unhelpful. The restaurant itself wasn’t clean, with trash on the tables and floors. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!

Consistent and not in a good way. A half mile away from home and in my short drive always have cold and old food. Always plenty of employees standing around doing absolutely nothing and the food is consistently crap. When I want Burger King I have to drive to St Cloud. I can drive the 5 miles home from there and still have hot food.
