I go to this location somewhat frequently and things need to change, it is such a disappointment. This location needs solid people working, there was a time where I sat in line behind 2 other vehicles for 15 minutes, The people that are there are polite but something just needs to get reset here.
Equally as important is the food, Consistently whether it is a breakfast sandwich or a Burger of some type It would be a stretch to say that it is room temperature, either they are using a substandard microwaves or… who knows? I do know that it has been a long time since I have actually gotten a hot sandwich morning or from the launch menu, That is very very disappointing, Please do something about that

I like Burger King but this location just seems to be so hit and miss in so many ways. I have I am at this location regularly because it’s Burger King and I typically like Burger King but I am consistently disappointed here. The amount of time it takes for a very simple order, that being maybe a burger, not five or six of them or maybe a breakfast sandwich not five or six of them, just ONE, takes so long and then when you do get it I don’t care if it is a burger or a breakfast sandwich of some type it is not even hot! At best it’s room temperature, please help me figure this out I’m not kidding you it’s not hot… How does that even happen? If they can serve food that is actually hot that would be so huge! As well it would be such a great experience to drive in there without the chance of losing my vehicle in the tremendously deep potholes in the parking lot right there in the entrance, they are big and they are deep and day by day they’re just there.. it doesn’t cost that much to properly fill potholes like that, this is not a $1,000 or a $10,000 project, and please please, serve your food hot. Thank you!

Stopped here towards the end of my road trip to grab some dinner. Our food was good but I wasn’t thrilled that the employee that helped us, nor the other employee I seen inside, had a mask on, even tho they are mandated. Apparently, you also don’t get your change back. The kid who helped us ran our order as two instead of one (which was fine), but on the first order we didn’t get our change back (which was only a nickel) but we weren’t allowed to use that nickel towards our second order…wierd.

The food we ordered took 20 minutes to cook because they ran out of something. When told them we were tired of waiting and wanted our money back they refused to refund us instead they put a cookie in our bag. When we sat down to finally eat I unwrapped my burger it was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted and they stuck so much ketup on it, it was oozing off the sides. I took it back the manager and asked her to eat it and she told me if I don’t like the food go somewhere else.

I can’t even give it a single star. Food was overly cooked twice when I had them remake it paid 9 bucks almost just for one meal and all I got outta the 2 chicken tenders meals for my kids were gets and a bottle of water. Just 2 gets and 2 bottles of water costed almost 8 bucks and than got attitude from the manager there and had to pay an additional 3 bucks on top of the 15 I spend total for 2 gets and 2 bottles of water for 2 10 piece chicken nuggets . They were really slow as well. By the time I got to eat my burger and fries they were cold. Nd my coke tasted like black licorice. Not going back there again.

This store was the worst burger king i have ever been too. Aside from it being extremely out dated, the staff was horrible. I ordered a large meal and was rang up for the burger, then 2 medium fries, and a medium drink individually. The $10 meal I ordered was not over $16, the manager was clueless and just kept asking, “So you want to upgrade to a large?” We were not the only ones this happened too. Everyone who came in after up went up, and complained about being rang up individually instead of getting meals. Guy at yhe register obviously had no idea what he was doing, and the Manager was a total ding bat. Never eat here, keep driving.

I love this place because the company that owns it won’t pay their bills and they cut off their employees expenses cards, cut their hours and expect the managers, assistant managers, and general managers who are paid salaries pick up the hours they cut from other employees. The company will not fix any problems involving the building like the bad roof, leaking pipes, backed up drains, broken doors. Yet they expect the maintenance employees to repair all the issues with no money or expenses account, its coming out of their own pocket if they need supplies to fix the restaurant, and they will not reimburse them for the money they spend to repair their property, the employees are very nice and considerate to customers needs and fast to fill your order. The burger king in long prairie is one of the fastest in the district. As far as the employees are concerned I have high recommendations, if any other companies are willing to match their current salary I would recommend that you hire them, they work their butt’s off sometimes putting in 14-16 when they are only suppose to do 10 hr. Shifts. As far as the company who owns burger king, I would certainly consider them as to slum lords and owners of sweatshops as burger king is not heated or air conditioned, winters suck unless you run the broiler all day and summer sucks as you have to suffer from the heat in the kitchen.

Management is terrible, I got 4 large meals for my coworkers who were in the fields working. I order and the lady was kinda rude but I was like whatever. I got to the window and the first words to me are “if you are gonna order big meals you should order on the app.” Okay first I don’t just plan the time I’m going to order food for them and I don’t know when they will be done. Second, at least tell me the total first and not yell at me for ordering Four Meals (I can have six people in my vehicle and I would Not order on the app). Just rude

The place was dirty, sticky floors and dirty bathrooms. The fries were cold and gross. Ketchup container was empty, and asked for some and got 3 packets for 2 people. When I asked for more I got the ” millennial” eye roll, and 2 more packets. The air in the place was stagnant and hot. On a positive note our burger was good.
