Horrible service from the lady taking our orders to begin with. I asked for my order to be made fresh and she made a face, my food definitely did not taste fresh. The floor was dirty and sticky, not what it should look like from one day of traffic, sanitize bucket on table. It felt hot and humid in there and smelled dirty.

Lots of smiles & very friendly crew. Very clean. Fries were a little salty, but I like salt, so no complaints there. Burgers were awesome as always. I wasn’t impressed with the mozzarella sticks, the breading was dull… No fault of the crew. The jalapeno poppers were AMAZING!!!

It was HORRIBLE! We waited over 10 minutes for our order. I went to talk to the manager after noticing others that ordered after us, had the sane burgers we ordered in their possession. She was very non -challant and said “your order got forgotten, we’ll get it up soon” then told one of the young guys working to come offer us a card with a free ice cream cone. Excuse me?!! Ww paid over $25 for our food at a “FAST FOOD” Restaurant, this was TOTALLY your screwup and you offer us a cone?!! We will NOT be back, there are plenty of other places with better service to go to!

The manager Lisa is extremely rude to customers and to her employees, the entire place has poor customer service, and ordering anything of their fried food only comes fresh 4/10 times !! There needs to be a change in management asap..

Do NOT eat here. Kitchen cooks wearing gloves that touch food also touched their underwear because they are allowed to wear low riding pants, touched sweat on forehead and hair and never changed a glove and continued handling food. I threw away my meal. Health department needs to inspect.

This place was not good. We had a group of about 11, stopping in after a long trip. The place was not busy it was about 7pm or so. Garbage cans had been overflowing, and the bathroom was kinda messy. Food was ok, but the orders in our group had been messed up. The person taking our order had a hard time understanding

Went through drive through ordered #1 was asked what size and what to drink then anything else? Yes I said a #9 same thing size and drink. Pulled up to window paid and was handed a drink and bag. The bag felt light so we checked it only had the second part of the order. I said is that it? I ordered a #1 she said okay but I have to change you for it. Holy crap worst service ever
