My good friend of mine had ordered through the app some good delivery food. It’s been over two hours and he still hasn’t received his order. We attempted to bring this up to the drive-through Employees, And they didn’t seem to make the situation right. They charged us again for more food. As a food service worker myself, I expected a compensation for more than lack luster service. We provided information of the order details and ticket times as well. I’m honestly not impressed by the service. The gentlemen were nice and understanding but didn’t make it right. The guest always wins, Make sure you guys include that on your training next time. When you guys make over $90,000 in revenue a month a compensation of $30.00 doesn’t matters. You lost repeat customer and you could’ve made it right that easily with just a swipe of a manager card. Should be a lesson learned for you guys. Date 02/07/2026.

I was craving the old Italian Chicken Sandwich and ordered the 2 for $5 special with a 4 pack of mozzarella sticks. I put them on my chicken sandwich adding 2 n packs of marinara sauce to it. OMG, was that good. My other sandwich was a Whopper JR as a part of the 2 for $5. I also added a soft drinks off the value menu. With tax it came to $8.88. Not bad for a meal that made my tummy full!

Well let’s start with all the employees were great kind and hard working but let me tell you there’s one employee ima call him big red. I order everything I needed to order he repeated my order back and everything was right. I left without my mountain dew I notice as I was pulling out I didn’t have it so I went back I cut the the line because there was nobody in the drive thru besides the 3 cars waiting to order. He rudely says “ next time don’t cut through the line I said next time don’t forget my pop. Then I get my pop say my thank you’s and leave I notice it feel empty so I open it before I take a drink and it’s not even half full I call them and ask “ are you guys out or medium cups” maybe thinking they were giving me a large because they were out of cups and just using large for mediums but no they had medium cups so I told them “ my cup isn’t even half full” and big red processed with “ I know I filled it because it was over flowing when I put the lid on” and I said “ no its not full. I’m not gonna pay for a medium drink and not even have enough pop in there for a small cup” big red (HUNG UP ON ME) so I went in and a different guy helped me very respectfully! I have to give 5 stars for service because the other employees were great there’s just one that was horrible.

These people obviously don’t care. The chicken patty for my chicken burger was literally 99% breading. A whole half side of it was only breading. The whopper we got was so messy and greasy that it left a grease stain on the whole bottom of the bag we got it in. The burger itself was good other than the old soggy tomatoes. At least the fries were warm.

3rd time here in 2 weeks. No one speaks very good English and I have to repeat my order 3-4 times before they understand. Drive thru person was rude. No receipt, had to pull around bldg. And wait 7 min for a burrito… I’m done going to this burger king.

BK is my favorite fast food chain, but I will not eat at this BK. The food is bland and off tasting, extremely greasy and lukewarm. Service is fine. Dining room usually a bit messy and greasy but not a crazy amount compared to other BKs and local fast food places. Parking lot is full of violent potholes. Basically there’s no reason to put up with the downsides of the location since the food is also bad.

They get passive aggressive when they get your order wrong despite it being their fault. It’s always a dirty place and half the time the food is cold. The person who hands you your food is always in a bad mood. I wouldn’t recommend this Burger King to anyone.

I went for the $6 meal deal. They don’t have spicy chicken fries, and I was told they wouldn’t ever have them. The food was good, came out warm and well made. The fries were not soggy. The employees were friendly and honest. Drive thru went quickly. Prices are great.
