Messed up order. Bought $25 in food. Fries were super salty, onion rings were wet, burger was customized for my kid-which they ignored and he wouldn’t eat. Chicken sandwich was edible, and the shake was actually pretty good. Threw about $18 of it away.

Messed up my order. So I pulled around to get my order fixed. looks like they just nuked my burger to hell burger was old and dry. The toppings tomatoes and lettuce was old. And no ice so my soda was warm.Didn’t say anything about the ice machine being down otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered and paid. Fries cold. Waited a total of 45 min for my fix but not fixed meal. Would highly recommend the establishment get new management. 3rd time this has happened will not be going there again.

The gentleman who took our orders was pleasant and took the order correctly . However we then sat in the lobby for well over 10 minutes waiting for our food and then when I checked the food they messed up my son’s sandwich. As I stood at the register waiting the female manager looked at me and ignored me and avoided the counter until finally deciding to see what I needed which then she scoofed and rudely asked me can I help you I said yes and explained the problem for her to go to the backine and start talking about me as if I couldn’t hear her . I will never be returning due to the costumer service not the food !

I tried one BK Taco I definitely do not recommend it you don’t get much of anything for your $1+tax. I decided on a Whopper meal for $5 and got charged $.10 for not having fries. (Onion rings instead) This Burger King just isn’t what it could or should be.

I can’t rate the “atmosphere” bc I went through the drive-thru. However the fries were pretty decent, but the whopper tasted odd so my boyfriend ate it. He also thought the whopper tasted “off”, but ate it anyway. He ended up getting kind of sick that next morning. I will not be returning.

I live the BK whopper & Jr whopper but… this location gives BK a bad name. Outside is faded & windows dark and unattractive. Inside it is worn and tired looking but usually clean. Not so today, drink area was filthy & woman’s bathroom smelled pretty bad.
Food is usually good but after seeing how dirty the drink area was today I wondered about the food prep area. Staff is … in no big hurry to help.

To say this is fast food is incorrect. The line or drive thru takes forever to get your food/order. I haven’t had a problem with incorrect orders, but when I do go I wait a long time even if I go inside. I don’t know if its lack of employees or knowledge or something else, but the only reason I continue to go here is Kasson is a small town or I cant back out of the drive thru because once there is a car behind you there is no getting out of it.
