The chicken was fresh, but the bun had been sitting on the counter waiting for the chicken to get done. It’s a nice restaurant, but due to the lack of people wanting to work these days they are short staffed (just like all the other restaurants). The employees did the best they could but I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my order.

The Robbins’ Nest
Ordered on the app while sitting in the restaurant. Completed and paid in full online. 20 minutes later, still waiting and we hear the counter person tell the customer that their shake machine is down. I asked about my order (which included 3 shakes) & I was told that I have to go back to the app and request a refund for them – the manager walked by and rudely said “You have to go online”. She then proceeded to stop just around the corner and loudly complain about having to work 50 hr weeks & now supposed to be 6 days.

We live just up the hill so we go here often. Definitely bring the monthly coupons or use the app to get a good price. Half the time at this store there is something wrong, Ex the grill is broken or they are out of something significant like beef. We do like their every soda machine and the quality of the food is good when you get it. Customer service could be better. Service is rather slow and employees seem grumpy and unmotivated to be there. Management should do better training and offer incentives to the crew to excite them and welcome customers.
