Sometimes the food is great for what it is. But only sometimes. Got the whiskey bourbon bbq burger recently, and on top of really bad service(even when it was empty of customers) and it was at best dismal. I was mad that i paid 10 bucks for it. I never go inside any fast food place anymore. You probably already know why.

Just this morning I was through the drive-thru… as the gal (not manager) working the window was getting my drink I saw her use her hand to wipe across her nose/mouth., this is DISGUSTING! She is handling customers food and drink with those hands! If she really HAD to do that she should have used her sleeve NOT her hand. She is 100% a candidate for SERVSAFE training. DISGUSTING!
Also, some yahoo that works there tends to park their silver Chevy car right in the drive-thru path! Are you really that lazy??? You are not supposed to be there and literally be a roadblock for customers…do better! There is actual parking available around the building.

The Burger King on Central Entrance is very nice inside. It’s quiet and the decor is pleasant. The Jr. Whoppers had every topping and they were delicious. We would have liked to substitute the fries for onion rings with our coupon, but that wasn’t possible.
We enjoyed the super large 99c icecream cones- soft serve.

It just really seems like this location has gone down over the more recent years. There was a time here a year or so ago where there was a gal that had worked there years earlier, and she was awesome she was just great and it looked like she was back as the manager and then all of a sudden she was gone… She was an absolute treasurer as far as I’m concerned. Now things are okay I guess but could be better. In the winter they don’t make an effort to chop away the ice that builds up right there at the drive-thru where your front tire is near the curb so as you pull up it pushes your vehicle off to the right and the drive-thru window is just so grubby all the time obviously no one cleans that. AND ALSO WHY WOULD SOMEONE THAT WORKS THERE A STORE MANAGER OR SOMEONE ELSE BE PARKING THEIR VEHICLE RIGHT THERE IN THE DRIVE-THRU PATH? THE PARKING IS RIGHT THERE JUST OFF TO THE RIGHT IT’S RIGHT THERE! IT’S ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS FOR ANYONE WORKING THERE TO PARK THEIR VEHICLE RIGHT THERE BESIDE THE SIDEWALK IN THE PATH OF A DRIVE-THRU VEHICLE! HOW LAZY CAN YOU POSSIBLY BE?

The drive thru guy needs a little more work. I’ve had my order taken incorrectly every time he takes the order. I ordered the number nine value meal and two 8 piece chicken nuggets on the side. I had to repeat the order several times and he had to void my ticket after the original one was $33. Like I said he needs a little bit more training . You can’t hear him over the drive-through intercom. I don’t know if he can hear me either. My number nine chicken sandwich didn’t seem like the chicken was cooked all the way through. I ordered onion rings instead of onion rings. I got three medium french fries fries. I didn’t order any french fries.

I wish there was a zero option. Rude employees, rock hard chicken Sandwhich. Absolutely disgusting. On top I asked for a plain cheeseburger that hAd everything on it. Will not be going back.. my dog won’t even eat it!

I received excellent customer service from the night crew. There were families inside as well as a line in the drive thru. And as they were short staffed, i had my meal in minutes. They had an oldies station on the radio amd it was a very chill spot to eat quickly and cheaply.

Ordered a BACON, egg, and cheese croissant.. well I got a couple bites into it and realized that they got 2 out of 3! LBS! No Bacon on the sandwich. Pretty sure that’s the most expensive item on that sandwich. Also previous orders have had similar problems. Shift leaders/managers should be double checking these orders for accuracy.
